Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking to the Denver detective, he opens the door to go inside and then the detective says they found the man who killed Walt's wife. Walt stands there, holding the door open still. When the camera angle changes, he's no longer holding the door open and goes to open the door again.
Longmire (2012)
1 continuity mistake in Unfinished Business
Starring: Lou Diamond Phillips, Robert Taylor, Katee Sackhoff, Bailey Chase
Character mistake: Throughout season 3, whenever someone visits Henry in prison, the word "VISITOR" on their visitor tags is misspelled as "VISTOR."
Omar: That's the great thing about the compound bow, a great equalizer. A little bit of practice, even a girl can make that shot.
Trivia: On the marquee they are showing "The Highwayman" (which could be one of several films). In 2016, the same year this episode aired, Craig Johnson published "The Highwayman: A Longmire Story." Incidentally, Netflix is distributing an upcoming film called "The Highwaymen." And, Callum Keith Rennie, who played Walker Browning in "Longmire", appeared in the 2000 "The Highwayman" film.

Question: Does the pharmacist that Longmire talks to violate any sort of confidentiality laws? Walt doesn't come in with a warrant, but the pharmacist is giving Walt information pertaining to other people still alive, not just the victim. I could see the law allowing him to tell Walt "no" that someone didn't pick up any prescriptions, but to mention she picked up antibiotics or that Gerry had back surgery seems unethical.

Answer: This appears to be movie fiction. In real life, a pharmacist could not legally give out confidential patient information without there being a search warrant. Not abiding by confidentiality laws could result in a pharmacist facing legal issues and losing his or her license.
