Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Other mistake: Kaiba activates the spell card Card of Demise, which allows him to draw cards from his deck until there are five cards in his hand (as long as he discards his entire hand after five turns). Once he has five cards in his hand, he summons the monster card Lord of Dragons from his hand, which should bring the total number of cards in his hand down to four, but instead he has three cards in his hand, instead of four. Other mistake: When Kaiba sets the trap card Cloning face down on the field, he has five cards in his hand. On Kaiba's next turn, he still only has five cards in his hand, even though duelists are supposed to draw one card from their decks at the start of their turn. (00:10:20 - 00:11:29)

Continuity mistake: When Marik says he needs to make sure Kaiba's link to his Millennium Rod doesn't interfere with his plan, his left hand is positioned right below the two loops near the top of the rod. It then fades to a closer shot of the Millennium Rod, and his hand is suddenly away from the two loops. (00:09:54)
