One Minute - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: Just after Hank crushes Leonel's legs by backing into him, Marco starts shooting into Hank's Jeep. You can see Hank crawling into the rear seat to escape through the side door. But as soon as the camera angle changes to inside the Jeep, Hank is back in the driver's seat and crawls out again. (00:43:30)
Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking about his operation, in the hospital Cafeteria after Hank is shot. He says the line "Lying there waiting for them to anesthetize you." From one angle, he is shown looking forward, while from the next angle, he is turned around facing Marie. (00:20:50)
Kafkaesque - S3-E9
Continuity mistake: As Saul is trying to explain to Jesse that he needs to launder his money and is trying to get him to buy the nail salon, Jesse says he's not going to and is looking right at him. It cuts to a different angle showing Saul's face and now suddenly Jesse is partly looking off to the side.
Continuity mistake: The amount of glass on the floor changes after Walt breaks the light. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode Jesse and Jane leave the art gallery and go to his car. From the outside, Jesse's car is right up close to the Porsche in front, but the inside shots show they are about 4-5 feet back from it.
Continuity mistake: In the car driving after seeing Saul, Skyler tells Walt "This is what happens when you decide to pay the bills with drug money" The shot from behind shows Walt's head completely in the shadows. When it cuts to a closer angle, suddenly he has light around his head and part of his neck with only a small shadow cast on him.
Continuity mistake: When Jesse and Andrea are making out on the couch, they discuss having a bear. And she mentions she's cleaned out of anything else. During this sentence, they are positioned where Jesse is leaning forward looking down at her. But mid sentence there is a cut, and suddenly he's leaning his head back with her looking down at him.
Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking to Saul near the start, we see him unbalance the scales on the table in front of him then lean back. Camera cuts to Saul for a few seconds then shows Walt from behind Saul. In this angle, the scales are now balanced. (00:16:50)
Continuity mistake: Mike Ehrmantraut takes Jesse to a house in the desert. He pulls up behind a dark blue car, which vanishes in the next shot, and then reappears.
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
