Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking to Jesse at the school, his grip on the box changes between angles. (00:17:50)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Walt is talking to Jesse in Jesse's car, when Jesse pulls out the bag of meth it is in a slide to seal bag. The bag changes between this and a regular ziploc bag from shot to shot. (00:19:30)
Green Light - S3-E4
Other mistake: When Gus and Mike meet up in the parking lot, Mike hands Gus a copy of Walter's medical report. When the camera pans down to show the report in Gus' hand, the patient name listed is Jack Test and not Walter White. (00:30:04)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Schrader is pulled along side a road and receives a phone call about El Paso. The sky goes from being overcast to fairly clear between the different angles. (00:30:50)
Green Light - S3-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Hank pulls up on the side of the road to answer his phone, the camera crew are reflected in the Jeep's grill. (00:31:00)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When Hank is standing between the ATM and the pumps at the gas station, the shadow cast by the roof over the pumps shifts between shots. The shot from away, taken next to the pole with the Indian logo was taken earlier in the day, casting a long shadow. The other shots have a higher sun which has moved by several hours. (00:35:10)
Green Light - S3-E4
Other mistake: The ATM video from the gas station in the desert should have shown Jesse and not just the RV. (00:35:10)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When Jr says about it being 3 days since the last donation, Skyler is reading a page of the paper that is all columns of text. When the shot changes, there are now pictures on the page and fewer columns of text. (00:37:10)
Green Light - S3-E4
Visible crew/equipment: Skyler is making copies and the scene starts with a shot looking down into the copier (the Green Light). When the shot lightens a bit as the copier continues, you can see the camera lens. This makes sense because the camera is sitting directly on the copier looking down.
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When Jesse shows Walter his product at the parking lot, Walter first holds the meth bag with his left hand, but in the next shot it's his right.
Green Light - S3-E4
Audio problem: When Walter is berating Jessie at the school parking lot, there is a shot of the back of Walter's head. He is talking but it's clear his mouth isn't matching.
Other mistake: At an RV park, Hank is investigating an RV that looks like the one he saw in the pictures from the ATM camera. Desperate for a vantage point, he goes around to the back of the RV and starts to climb up the ladder on the passenger rear side of the vehicle. This RV is not supported at this time in a permanent fixture, as it's revealed shortly there after that the occupants were just on vacation. So Hank's full body weight getting on the back corner of the RV should have shifted it on it's suspension and alerted the people inside that something was going on far sooner than it did.
Other mistake: Gus is talking to his employee about the twins while writing something on a clipboard. However, he is using the opposite end of the pen and just pretending to write. (00:14:40)
