Continuity mistake: When Mindy is about to walk off the far end of a steel beam on the 90th floor, Buttons extends the beam by bolting on a wooden plank. As the shots change, so does the side on which the plank is bolted.

Continuity mistake: After Mindy escapes from her backyard to chase a black cat, the gate hook vanishes from the fence post as soon as Buttons notices that Mindy is gone.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Flavio and Marita's giraffe maid returns to get a feather duster, the duster vanishes from her right hand as soon as the shot changes.

Continuity mistake: After snapping out of Dr. Scratchansniff's hypnotic trance, Dot places both hands at her side. But by the next shot her hands are cupped together instead.
Continuity mistake: During Mr. Director's "Old Screamer" take, Wakko starts crying about Old Screamer's ailing health. Here, both Wakko and Old Screamer are positioned on either side of the winding road. But once the shot changes, they're instead sitting in the middle of the road.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Director calls "cut" on the shoe-fitting scene, the Warners jump offstage between shots.
Continuity mistake: As Squit woos Carloota from a book on top of the garbage can's lid, he breaks out into song. During this scene, the book vanishes from beneath him.
Continuity mistake: After tackling Squit, Noodles warns him to stay away from Carloota. Then, as soon as Chickiebutt escorts Carloota from the scene, the shot changes - but now Noodles is standing on the opposite side of Squit's tail feathers.
Continuity mistake: After Noodles collapses onto a grate near the park bench, his body changes direction as soon as the shot does.

Continuity mistake: After the garage owner is cleaned out for everything he's worth, Wakko uses a remote control to drop him head-first onto the pavement. Between the following pair of shots, a cardboard 'sale' box appears on the front lawn and the owner instantly turns himself away from the garage door.
King Yakko - S1-E43
Continuity mistake: As the Warners mess with the Dictator of Dunlikus, Dot rolls out a rack of polka dot dresses for him to choose from. Between cuts, Dot removes both hands from the rack and places them behind her.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Yakko is backstage at Carnegie Hall trying the exits for an escape route, he opens door number two and finds Ralph the Guard ready with a net. Notice how a light switch appears beside the door frame between shots.
Continuity mistake: After all three Warners bust out from a suitcase in the airplane cabin's aisle, we can see Skippy in his seat facing forward. But a moment later, in between shots, he turns his head to the window beside him.
Continuity mistake: When the Warners are giving the Queen a psychiatric examination, Dot and Wakko exchange places between shots.
Continuity mistake: After Dot is hired by the Queen to help restore Windsor Castle's banquet room, the red carpet beneath her vanishes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Rita and Runt arrive at Palm Springs in search of Sonny Bono's house, an extra palm tree appears in the background between shots.
Continuity mistake: Following the death scene involving Bumbie's Mom, Slappy tries calming Skippy down but somehow she instantly switches to an aisle seat between frames.
