Continuity mistake: In the checkers scene between Death and the Warners, Death collects all but one of the opposition's black checkers. In successive shots, the lone black checker jumps from square to square on its own. Then once Death rises from his seat, that same black checker changes color to red.
Continuity mistake: Just before Flavio and Marita go apartment hunting in the city, their helicopter repositions several feet out of the landing pad, despite the fact that nobody is in the cockpit.
Continuity mistake: When the zoologist spots Flavio and Marita playing tennis, a canteen appears around her left shoulder as she holds the binoculars.

Continuity mistake: Yakko and Dot switch places with each other between shots after they've started tossing around ideas for the opening of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.
Continuity mistake: During "Jeopardy", Wakko chooses the category 'United States' for $500. The clue appears on the starting board's lower right corner monitor. Next, there's a closeup shot of the clue, but now more monitors have appeared below and to the right between shots.

Continuity mistake: After reminding Lincoln of his address on Pennsylvania Avenue, Wakko, Yakko and Dot simultaneously change positions between shots, moving closer to a table on the train cabin floor.
Continuity mistake: When the Warners have Mr. Director pinned against a wall wielding their weapons of choice, Yakko's paddleballs disappear between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the Warners hide behind some wooden crates in Mr. Director's studio, the largest crate changes style between shots (note the new diagonal planks attached on both sides).
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Director first meets the Warners near a buffet table, his chair disappears for a shot, only to reappear moments later.

Continuity mistake: Yakko plays with the man's mask. In the shot where the man's face is being sucked into the mask, Dot is seen with her mask on. In the next shot, the mask is in her hand and not over her face.

Continuity mistake: When Yakko is disguised as a hillbilly in first class, he makes small talk with Mr. Bloski and smacks him on the back in a friendly manner (nearly out of his seat). Between shots, Mr. Bloski regains his composure and grabs onto the seat's armrest.
Continuity mistake: During the road trip to Fort Knox, Brain uses a system of pulleys to operate the minivan's steering wheel. After passing a truck stop, Brain becomes drowsy and in the next shot is seen holding the left pulley handle differently.
Continuity mistake: When Pinky and Brain are sneaking out of Acme Labs to commandeer the red minivan, Pinky's spoon and brown sack both disappear between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Hercule Yakko pays Minerva Mink a visit, her left hand switches places with each changing shot. Either it's leaning on the cabin door or resting on her thigh, depending on the angle.
Continuity mistake: When Rita and Runt arrive at Palm Springs in search of Sonny Bono's house, an extra palm tree appears in the background between shots.
Continuity mistake: As Wakko sits in the theater drinking from an Abyss Boy, his right foot quickly pulls itself onto the armchair between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Pinky and the Brain appear from beneath the busted mechanical dragon's access panel, Pinky gets hit in the face with a gear. But in the next shot he's suddenly much farther away from the panel.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning where Dr. Scratchansniff welcomes Yakko to the pulpit, Dr. Scratchansniff changes his position between shots - turning to face the audience.
Continuity mistake: When Candie Chipmunk agrees to take one box of Skippy's Girl Scout cookies, her front door switches to the opposite side of the frame between shots.
Continuity mistake: After Slappy pulls the walnut soda can from Candie Chipmunk's trash receptacle, a lid appears on the receptacle between frames.
