Other mistake: When Nicholas shoots himself, both him and Glenn fall with their feet facing the dumpster, and their heads facing the walkers. However, when they cut to the shot of presumably Nicholas being eaten, we see Glenn's head facing the dumpster. This does not make any sense. Glenn would have had to do a complete 180 turn before landing, or move around without being detected by walkers. In fact, the way they landed does not make sense at all. The fence seen when Glenn and Nicholas climb on top has also disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Daryl is driving the hospital van, it shows that he is going to land upside down, on the vehicle's roof, when he drives off the parking garage. In the next scene, the vehicle lands on its wheels, as if it has done a complete front flip. (00:30:00)
Carol: haven't had a chance to say, I'm glad you came back.
Daryl: To what? All this?
Carol: This is our home.
Daryl: This is a tomb.
Carol: That's what T-Dog called it, thought he was right, until you found me. He's your brother, but he's not good for you. Don't let him bring you down. After all look how far you've come.
Trivia: Eugene is looking for his missing girlfriend, "Stephanie." Princess visits him. He shows her his pinboard with strings attaching clues. He's found out plumber Roman Calhoun, was the last person to see her and tracks him down to a dodgy outfit at "1634 Racine." This is the home address in "The Untouchables" (1987 film about the capture and imprisonment of Al Capone, starring Kevin Costner & Andy Garcia), of Jimmy the good Irish cop, played by Sean Connery. Answer: The walkers could have knocked them down more than once. There may have been another wave that knocked down the fence earlier and they're going to put it up again soon.
