Revealing mistake: 2/3 through, Beau Bridges comes upon a dead German but you can see the German breathing. Oddly, it's a fairly far shot, so he must have been breathing pretty heavily.
Continuity mistake: 5 German soldiers find the farm house, but during the battle 6 of them get killed. (00:23:45 - 00:27:30)
Revealing mistake: When the German soldiers are shot and fall dead into the water, one of them raises his head to take a breath, then goes back to being "dead."

Character mistake: Hanley's call sign is Checkmate King Two. But his radio man recites, "Checkmate King Two, this is White Rook." Should have been the other way round.
Bridgehead - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: As Saunders and Little John crawl past the dead GI Kirby is shown being treated by the medic, camera cuts to the bridge then back to the church and then you see Kirby getting shot. (00:26:00)
Revealing mistake: In several scenes when they show the front of the barrel of the German machine gun you can see the "blank adaptor" inside the barrel. This is inserted to not allow the gas from the cartridge to escape out the barrel but "blow back" the bolt and insert another round.
Character mistake: At the start of the episode when the plane is spotted Sgt Saunders says "P-51." The plane is in fact a P-38 Lightning.
What Are the Bugles Blowin' For? (1) - S2-E25
Visible crew/equipment: When the British captain orders Saunders to stay with him and walks back to his office, you can spot film crew in the glass reflection. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Captain Steiner is staring at Saunders through the window, the curtains are set mid level, but from inside the house they are set higher. (00:36:00)
Masquerade - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode the barrel points to his left, during the close ups talking to the men in the jeep it points to his right, and as the jeep pulls away within the next frame it switches from left to right. Also, the men behind the jeep go from sitting to marching instantly. (00:01:00 - 00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: The Gun Richard Jaeckel's character is carrying changes, between one shot and the next, from an MP40 to a 98k rifle.
Continuity mistake: The Jeep driver's helmet keeps disappearing and reappearing as the shots change.
Continuity mistake: Mark Richman's character has an empty holster after the crash, but moments later there is a .45 caliber weapon there.
Continuity mistake: Re-used footage causes three characters who were earlier captured by the Germans to be seen, in one shot, marching in Saunders' squadron.
Factual error: The German radio-wave detection vehicle is a very poorly disguised American ambulance.
Continuity mistake: Saunders loses his helmet getting into the truck, but is wearing it again in the next shot.
Bridgehead - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: Billy's father, previously established as dead, sends his son a letter in this episode.
Continuity mistake: Saunders' bayonet disappears from the tip of his rifle several times between close-ups and long shots.
Continuity mistake: When he's carrying the stretcher, Saunders' gun instantly switches from slung over his left shoulder to slung over his right.
