Corrected entry: The crash lady is two different people. After the car crashes and John tries to pull her out, she's an older looking blondish woman. But after John pulls her free, in the next shots, she is a much younger brunette gal with large blood smudges on her face.
Continuity mistake: When the phony cop pulls up beside the woman at the train/sports car MVA the emergency lights on the front of his bike are white, but when he is being chased by the real cop they are red, even when they are not on.
Trivia: Although many realistic freeway numbers and exits mentioned over the 2-way radio are real, they were not used in the show. An unused section of the 210 freeway (close to the 118 freeway) in the San Fernando Valley that wasn't quite open to the public yet, was the location nearly always shown on the show representing whatever location is mentioned. If you see many episodes, you can see the same section of freeway always shown.

Correction: The actress is Pamelyn Ferdin, and it's her inside the car in the interior shots, as well as the exterior shots while Jon holds her on the ground. Depending on how the light hits her, her dirty blonde hair can look more blonde or brown. Time code starting at 00:25:20.
