Continuity mistake: When Bill tells Beck that he's thinking with his "mediocre, uninspired, middle-level mind," it cuts to an exterior shot of Beck's private jet heading to Vegas, but when the jet lands at the airport in the exterior shot it's a different type of jet. Revealing mistake: During Ralph's tryout for the team, when the catcher yells, "Come on, skinny bones, try to put one right there...," the stunt wire is visible behind the catcher in this shot as well as the following shot, when he flips over. (00:10:10)
Visible crew/equipment: After Ralph's interference with the unmarked police car while he's inside the manhole, when it cuts to the high school Ralph asks if anybody has seen Tony, and just as the camera passes Rhonda the T-mark is visible on the floor near the other female student's desk. Visible crew/equipment: After Ralph slips on the banana peel and crashes into the car, one of the killers takes Pam hostage, and in a couple of shots the reflection of the boom pole/mic being held by the boom operator is visible on the surface of the green car. (00:35:00)

Continuity mistake: At the paramilitary base, Bunker is wearing a military fatigue cap with a camouflage pattern while he and Bill are talking in the exterior shots, then when they walk into the office with the radar operator, in the interior shots the camouflage pattern on Bunker's cap is entirely different. When Bunker orders the evacuation, the cap reverts back to the original pattern in the exterior shots. (00:22:40)
Continuity mistake: At the laboratory in Needles, when Bunker removes the smallpox virus vial from the case he's wearing a digital watch and a ring on his left hand, but in the vial's closeup Bunker's ring has vanished and his watch is a different style. (00:43:15)
Continuity mistake: When Bill and Ralph pull up in front of the motel in Faultline, they see Pam walking out of her own room. The problem is Bill's room number is 127, the same as Pam's room number, also 127. (00:16:55)
Revealing mistake: At the paramilitary base, after Bill tells Bunker he has "a real cute bivouac goin'," it cuts to a shot of Ralph searching for Bill's location, and the stunt apparatus is visible at Ralph's waist area. (00:21:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Bill, Pam, and Ralph go to Erika Van Damm's show, when it cuts to Bill parking the car, we can see the reflection of the boom pole and mic on the car's windshield. (00:27:15)

Deliberate mistake: While they're in Yuri's tent, when Bill is standing in front of the tent wall Ralph describes all the good vibes he's getting about Yuri, and then Bill exits the tent. A few shots later, after the shot of the elephant sliding off the red pedestal, there's a shot of Bill standing in front of the tent wall, despite the fact that he left the tent, and note this shot is flipped. Continuity mistake: When the three kidnappers bring Biff Anderson to the "dating service" office, the blonde guy's sneakers are blue, but when the blonde guy jumps onto the desk, in the closeup his sneakers are tan. (00:43:55)

Continuity mistake: When Bill punches "Charles Fisher" and handcuffs him to the steel post, in the first shot he is cuffed to the left side of the x-beam, but next shot he's cuffed to its right side. (00:39:05)

Continuity mistake: After Ralph drops down into the tunnel in order to lure the creature, Ralph stops in front of a junction box on the wall. In the shot facing the box head-on as Ralph gets one of his holographs, suddenly there's writing on the cover of the junction box. The writing is not part of Ralph's vision. (00:37:55)

Revealing mistake: While Ralph, Pam, and Bill are at the motel, Ralph wraps up all the metal plate covers and cutlery inside the bedspread, then when Ralph walks back and forth we can see the wires attached to the bedspread bundle as it moves. (00:18:15)
