Continuity mistake: At the club, when Peter and Olivia are looking for Valeria, Peter is wearing an ear piece in his left ear. When he talks to the woman, the piece is missing.

Continuity mistake: Just before Walter's hand goes numb, Jean the cow can be seen alone in her pen. Then in the next shot, as Peter walks behind his father, Astrid has instantly appeared in the pen with Jean, brushing her. (00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: The left side of Peter's face is alternately bathed in sunlight or not throughout the scene when he and Walter talk in front of Olivia's hospital room.
Continuity mistake: When Olivia says "Freshman", Peter and Walter are seen screw driving wires into Roy's head. In the next shot, the wires are gone and they are drilling in his head. Later on, they use the screwdrivers again. (00:36:30)
Trivia: Olivia walks past an observer on the train while looking for the suspect. (00:42:05)
6:02 AM EST - S3-E20
Continuity mistake: This is after Olivia has bumped into Walter in the hallway. She gets back into bed and tells Peter that his father is walking around the house naked. Peter laughs and says it's normal for a Tuesday. The sun is on Peter's left cheek in shots from behind Olivia. In the reverse shots from behind him, the sun is missing. (00:07:30)
Trivia: The Observer appears in the hospital. The agents walk pass him on their way to see the dead man-baby. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: The blood stain on the door of the Animal Control van changes in size. It's much larger when Olivia runs past it to help Charlie.
Visible crew/equipment: When Oliva punches Mitchell Loeb and he collapses against the car, you can briefly see the reflection of some crew members, one wearing a yellow jacket. (00:44:00)
Answer: In the time line of Season 4, William Bell is trying to destroy both universes to create a new one, and he needs Olivia to power the collapse. So he helped her escape. But the real question is, if not in search of Peter, why Olivia has to travel to the alternate universe to be captured and replaced?
