Factual error: In the opening scene, even though the show is set in the US, the football is a Canadian Football League football. The white stripes encircle the entire ball. NFL balls have no stripes, and college and high school balls in the US only go halfway around.

Factual error: When the soldiers fire their rifles at the start of the episode, there should be smoke or muzzle flash at the end of the barrel, but nothing happens.
Continuity mistake: When Max is phoning the Chief to let him know the mission's been accomplished, he takes the oars out of the oarlocks before opening his shoephone.
