Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Sheriff Cobb loses his leg, Allison looks down and we see his leg back from the edge of the hole. The camera moves and we see his leg right next to the hole.

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Zoe are walking into town, the camera is behind them and there are people walking on the sidewalk towards them. The shot changes to alongside them, then when it cuts back the people have vanished.

Bowling255

Pilot - S1-E1

Other mistake: When the parents freak out about Brian being missing, the back of the camper is shown, as is the part of the camper that's missing due to the distortion sphere. But it doesn't make sense; there are some parts of of the camper that shouldn't be there, mainly the one piece above the ground, where the sphere scorched the pavement but left the camper's end right above it completely intact.

Invincible - S1-E5

Factual error: Henry Deacon says people only use 10% of their brain at any one time. That's complete garbage - at times we may use quite a small part of our brains, other times the whole brain lights up with activity. The "10%" myth has absolutely no basis in fact - no-one even seems to know where this figure came from! Given the intelligence of Eureka's residents, Henry (and indeed others in the room) would know this.

Suggested correction: The episodes in the first season were aired out of order. The previous episode that showed the traffic light was produced after "Blink."

Bishop73

The light is in every episode including the first one.

Bowling255

Then I would suggest trying to submit a screen shot because I never saw the traffic light on Main and Archimedes in the first episode.

Primal - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: Series 1, Episode 9: Primal. As Carter and Taggart are crawling through the access tunnel, the torch attached to the side of Taggart's goggles is pointing downwards, below his line of vision as established by the lenses on the front. As the shot changes to a close-up on Taggart, the torch is now pointing forwards, aligned with the lenses. (00:13:50)

Primal - S1-E9

Revealing mistake: When we first see the army of Starks outside Global Dynamics, it's quite obvious that only one of them is actually the actor that plays Stark; the others are merely people who look similar.

Knever

Nathan Stark: Good job, Carter... Wow, that didn't even leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Marshall Jack Carter: Wait for it.
Nathan Stark: ...Oh, there it is.

Just Another Day... - S5-E13

Trivia: In the final scene, as Jack and Zoe are heading out of Eureka, they pass their younger selves heading into Eureka. This scene is from the pilot episode where Zoe sees another version of her and her dad. However, in the pilot episode, the other (older) Jack and Zoe are in Jack's original car, not his Jeep, and other Zoe waves at them. I would call this a mistake, but I'm listing it as trivia because I know someone would say "after they came back from 1947, things changed so this changed too."

Show generally

Question: I've been re-watching this show, and have noticed this in nearly every episode. In scenes inside GD, there's always one person, a background extra, who seems to have clear plastic wrap over their clothes. Do you know what that is all about?

Holly Halfman

Chosen answer: It's basically just a type of suit that's made for whatever special project they're working on. No different than a lab coat, hazmat suit, fire coat, etc.
