Continuity mistake: When Captain Eureka puts out the fire at the pumping station, Jack's Jeep somehow gets on fire, but we are able to see where the fire went, and it didn't come anywhere near the road or the Jeep.
Continuity mistake: We see that there's a "Do Not Cross" hologram in front of Cafe Diem when Henry arrives to check things out. When the group leaves, the hologram disappears from the outside shot.
Continuity mistake: When the toilet at the Sheriff's Office explodes, it slides out into the main office, with no smoke coming from it. Two shots later, it is now emanating smoke.
Factual error: Zane used ULF (Ultra Low Frequency) to communicate with Henry and notes he can "only send numbers." This is a reference to extremely low bandwidth of maximum 300 Hz transmission. However, later Henry magically creates an upgrade that allows voice communication - not possible with ULF. Also, no way Sheriff's old radio would pick up ULF band communications in the first place.
Continuity mistake: Henry talks about Eureka installing it's first traffic light but there has always been a traffic light in Eureka.
Suggested correction: The episodes in the first season were aired out of order. The previous episode that showed the traffic light was produced after "Blink."
The light is in every episode including the first one.
Then I would suggest trying to submit a screen shot because I never saw the traffic light on Main and Archimedes in the first episode.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode, when Carter tells Grant not to plan the wedding just yet, Carter leaves Cafe Diem and Grant says "May the best man win," as an aside. In this episode, the replay shows Grant saying this while Carter is still in the cafe, just in front of him.
All the Rage - S4-E3
Continuity mistake: When Fargo and Jo are going to the section three lab, a scientist holding a beaker runs into them. He spills the liquid and bends down to clean it up. The amount on the floor changes from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: Sheriff Carter has only one Jeep Cherokee for his staff. It constantly changes from a 1989 to a 1990 model throughout the series. This can be caught easily by looking at the triangular window near the hinge on the front doors. Jeep removed the tilting hinges on the window after the 1989 year was discontinued. This happens throughout season one and two.
Other mistake: When the parents freak out about Brian being missing, the back of the camper is shown, as is the part of the camper that's missing due to the distortion sphere. But it doesn't make sense; there are some parts of of the camper that shouldn't be there, mainly the one piece above the ground, where the sphere scorched the pavement but left the camper's end right above it completely intact.
