Continuity mistake: In "iGo to Japan", when the iCarly crew, Spencer and Freddie's mom have to jump out of the airplane, Freddie's mom jumps out of the airplane with out buckling the parachute backpack in a rush to follow Freddie. But when everyone has landed, she is struggling to unbuckle and take off the backpack.
Revealing mistake: It's very obvious that Carly's grand-dad is a stunt double when he does a handstand in the record attempt episode.
Visible crew/equipment: In the iCarly TV movie "iGo to Japan," the gang is riding in Kioko and Yuki's car when the Japanese comedians start arguing. In the shot showing Freddie putting his camera away, you can see several reflections on the side of the car. They are hard to make out what they are, but these are obviously the reflections of the crew in the background. If you look out the window beside Carly and Sam in the same shot, you can see how fast they are going past Tokyo. If these reflections are reflections of things in the city, they would quickly move away as they speed past. However, they stay put.
Visible crew/equipment: "iPromote Tech Foots": Carly buys a motorcycle for Spencer, and when Spencer puts his helmet on, you can see a boom mic.
Continuity mistake: In "iGetPranky", when Carly and Spencer begin talking, Carly turns off the TV before they start talking. Then she turns off the TV once again.
Factual error: "IParty with Victorious" is shown after the episode "iOMG". The thing is, anything that happened in "iOMG" never happened in the episode "IParty with Victorious". "IParty with Victorious" should have been shown first, not "iOMG".
Other mistake: In the theme song opening of iCarly, The Slap is saved under their favorites on their computer. The Slap is Hollywood Arts' website. Why would people living in Seattle go on a school website for a school in Hollywood?
Continuity mistake: Whenever they are doing the show, Freddy is almost always holding the large camera with blue light. When it shows him holding it, it's shaking. When it shows Carly and Sam from the angle of Freddy's cam, it is perfectly still. Always.
Continuity mistake: In some episodes, Lewbert's wart is small or not even there.
Continuity mistake: When Freddie holds his camera to film the web-show, he holds it at chest height pointing the camera upward to film the faces of Carly and Sam, but when you see footage from Freddie's camera it is completely straight.
Answer: In direction translation it means 'Mischievous Spirit'. 'Hob' as in HobGoblin means clown or prankster, and 'Knocker' was an old age term for Poltergeists in mines. Miners would often complain of hearing knocking sounds down mines when there was no-one else down there, hence 'Knocker'. It's not a regular English expression though.
