Continuity mistake: The vent-hood in the kitchen above the stove/island is always disappearing and reappearing. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. The handles on the fridge/freezer also keep changing sides. Sometimes they are on the left, sometimes they are on the right. And the living room is always changing sizes. Sometimes they open the front door and the couch is right there, and sometimes it's several feet away from the front door.
Continuity mistake: Stan hears Francine's parents at the door, and Klaus is in front of him with a bowl of nachos to the left of Klaus. In a few shots, Klaus's bowl and the nachos switch spots.

Continuity mistake: During Francine and Hayley's conversation with Father Donovan, Donovan's phone is directly in front of him. When Francine says "Roger was good", the phone has suddenly moved closer to the golf clubs. (00:08:50 - 00:09:30)

Other mistake: When Hayley is chasing Steve and his friends in her car, after Steve gets on the bus, Hayley turns around a corner to follow it. When this happens, the license plate on Hayley's car has nothing written on it.

Continuity mistake: When Stan comes in and says that Bullock loved his telethon idea, Roger goes from holding his wine glass to having his arms crossed depending on the shot. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: After Roger gets his organ, we see Stan by the totals display. However, the donations jump from 382,760 to 382,840 between camera cuts. When we see the donations rise normally, you see the figures morph into the new ones. This doesn't happen on this occasion. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: After the last school day has ended, Stan chases Steve into a canyon Terminator 2 style to show him camp brochures. After Steve has a go at Stan about not wanting to go to camp, Francine enters the scene, knocking Stan's car out of the way. The car is almost ten meters away from Steve and Stan as she enters the scene. Francine doesn't move the car in the next shot. But in the next shot after that, the car is suddenly right next to Steve and Stan. (00:01:15)
Continuity mistake: The way the glass is shattered keeps changing between shots when Bullock jumps out of the diner window. (00:19:35)
Continuity mistake: When Stan leaves the scout rangers, standing behind the door are Steve and Joey the scout. The next shot shows only Joey standing behind the door. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: Steve, Hayley and Francine all stand next to the door when Bullock arrives. They are all standing right next to the door in the shot where Stan adjusts their clothes. But they suddenly move a couple feet away from the door in the following shot where Stan opens the door. (00:03:45)
Factual error: Steve and Roger make a prank phone call to Tony Blair at 4:30 AM GMT during sunset in Virginia (EST/EDT); because of the 5-hour time difference (4 hours during Daylight Savings), it would be 11:30 PM or 12:30 AM in Virginia, which would be nighttime.

Audio problem: Stan looks out the window whilst being suspended from work. As he looks he sees two people exiting their homes and they both say "Bye buddy" and "See ya pal." Their mouths don't move.
Continuity mistake: After Steve accidentally jabs the wood burner into Stan's penis, he screams and a avalanche occurs. Then when Stan screams a second time due to putting the cream on his penis, the avalanche happens again but the same amount of snow is on the mountain even after a load already fell off it. Continuity mistake: When Steve says "Thank you, Satan" to Karl Rove, his eyes are part closed, mainly open. In the following shot afterwards, his eyes are wide open. (00:08:20)

Audio problem: Roger finds the Jack In The Box man. The Jack In The Box man starts screaming and then Roger screams and runs out the door. When this happens, the Jack In The Box man sounds like Roger and Roger sounds like Stan. (00:12:30)
