Visible crew/equipment: After Chet's disappearing half-dollar trick, when Squad 51 is dispatched to the gunshot wound, as Roy and Johnny get into the squad numerous set lights are reflected on the squad's chrome spotlight.

Visible crew/equipment: In the locker room, after Chet tells Johnny that he knew all about the practical joke, when they walk to the door together there's a quick glimpse of the cameraman's reflection on the door's glass, before John tells Chet about the fictitious five dollar bill down by Mike's locker.

Visible crew/equipment: When Roy and John get back to the station, and Marco walks up to the squad to talk to the guys about the practical joke they're going to play on Chet, on the squad's spotlight we can see the reflection of the camera, which is in front of the map.

Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 is dispatched to a man trapped at World Picture Studios, just after they pass the studio's gate, in the moving shot from the left side of Squad 51, the reflection of the cameraman is visible on the lightbar atop the squad's roof.

Then, when they're carrying the driver to the top, Johnny's becomes visible at his left side.

Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny is driving Roy nuts by taking closeup pictures of him checking the squad's engine, the outline of the lavalier mic wire is visible on Johnny's back.

Visible crew/equipment: At the school fire, when Johnny is administering the O2 to the teenager with smoke inhalation, the bulging outlines of the mic transmitter and wire are visible on the back, left side of Johnny's shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: After Johnny tries to take Chet's picture beside the map, when Captain Stanley walks from the office to the back of Squad 51, the reflection of crew/equipment are visible on the back of the squad.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the episode, when Johnny is taking photos of Roy in the locker room, the actor's tape mark is visible on the floor below the bench, where Johnny stands when he shows Roy the article in the newspaper supplement.

Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny jumps from the third floor ledge onto the lifenet, in the shot of his actual jump we can see a cameraman wearing jeans at the bottom left corner of the screen, who's holding a handheld camera shooting footage while lying on the street. The angle of that footage can be seen just as Captain Stanley shouts, "Gage, you first," and also when they walk the lifenet over to their left, before Cap shouts, "Okay, Roy!"

Mistakes

The Indirect Method - S5-E6

Factual error: When Roy is electrocuted and falls from the roof, after Karen uses the defibrillator paddles on Roy, she lifts both paddles, looks at the EKG monitor and says "He's converted." How exactly could Karen have known that he's converted? It's impossible for the EKG monitor to show anything at all. Either the defib paddles have to be in contact with Roy's body for the "quick-look" to get a reading, which they weren't, or the ECG electrode discs have to be on Roy's chest connecting him to the EKG monitor, and they weren't. As an aside, just watching Marco having problems attaching the air mask, and quickly glancing up towards the camera frustrated, then giving up is priceless.
