Continuity mistake: When Michael is talking to Barry, Barry's hands change position with each shot. On the table, folded together, holding his glass, etc.
Character mistake: Michael states that if you touch someone being tasered, you'll be tasered too. That's not true unless you touch them right between the probes. And in a later episode Michael's touching a man being tased with no ill effects.
Revealing mistake: When Sam pops open the cabinet with the wire he will later cut, you can see that the wire was cut and glued together again. When Sam cuts the wire some time later, it's in perfect condition. The taping was probably done in reverse order.
Plot hole: Someone as careful and controlling as Timo would never force anyone into working for him, for exactly this reason.
Revealing mistake: When Victor is opening the padlock, sparks fly around in close ups. In the wide angle shots there are no sparks at all.
Continuity mistake: When Ricky leaves Michael's apartment he has the envelope with money in his left hand. When the shot changes, we instantly see him walking away empty handed, with the envelope lying on the table.
Continuity mistake: Michael makes the target/client use a faulty pen that spill ink all over her hand. When Michael is in the bathroom and holds over the targets mouth, his shirt gets dirty of the ink from the target/clients hand. After this, it switches between the shots and Michael having a dirty and clean shirt several times. (00:10:53 - 00:11:46)
Good Soldier - S2-E9
Revealing mistake: As Michael is on the motorcycle headed toward his loft, just before he goes under the semi-trailer, you can see the long hair of the stuntman on the bike.
Good Soldier - S2-E9
Revealing mistake: When Michael is sliding under the semi trailer you can see multiple scrape marks going under the trailer. They probably tried to get the shot a few times.
Do No Harm - S2-E10
Revealing mistake: The drawing little Jack made was reproduced on a printer; it has a perfect 1cm white border around the drawing.
Continuity mistake: When Chandler's car explodes, he and Michael land prone on the ground facing the explosion. When the shot cuts, they're facing the opposite direction. (00:33:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Michael breaks into the car, after he drives off you can see a camera standing in the back seat in the car, and it's pretty clear it's a stunt man driving. (Helps to pause at 18:07.) (00:18:05)
Audio problem: When Michael is forced to do "errands" for Brennen, they stop by Jonathan Carver's house to get numbers from him for a voice key. The code played back at the facility is 71348. He says "3" in a medium pitch (tone) at the house, but it is high pitched when played back at the facility; he says "8" in a medium pitch, and it's also high pitched later. And finally he says "9" in a low pitch and it's played back medium pitch. Also very obvious is the fact that Jonathan never says "1" or "7."
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Michael is attempting to deceive Brennen into letting him and Nate go (from the time Brennen receives the picture message to when Brennen leaves), Brennen's necktie (right below the knot) changes from having a dimple to being flat, 6 or 7 times during the scene.
Character mistake: Near the end, when Michael reveals to Brennen he knows everything about him, he says, "I know everything about Tyler Brennen." Michael emphasizes "Tyler" as if it's a big deal that he knows Brennen's first name. Michael already knew Brennen's first name from the first time he met him, in Season 2, Episode 15 "Sins of Omission."
A Dark Road - S3-E10
Other mistake: In this episode, Michael, Fiona and Sam are boxing in the bad guy's Corvette, trying to make him crash. Despite repeated hits to the side and back of the Corvette, just before the Corvette crashes, there is no visible damage on the bad guy's car.
Continuity mistake: When Michael's mother is arrested, we see the cuffs go on with her bracelet nearer her hands than the cuffs. The shot changes and suddenly her bracelet's further up her arm - no way it could have moved there past the cuffs.
Revealing mistake: When Fi triggers the bomb under the car, in the shot showing the explosion, the bomb itself, with an obvious red flashing light, has disappeared, plus the explosion originates from within the car, rather than underneath where the bomb was placed.
Factual error: When Fiona slips Michael a "key" during their kiss, Michael keeps it and no problem. In reality, all prisoners are searched thoroughly before returning to their cells. This includes a full oral search.
Chosen answer: They could wear disguises to hide their appearance.
