Burn Notice

Trust Me - S2-E3

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode, when Andy opens the front door to meet Baranski the loan shark, he leaves the door open behind him for the camera man.

Scatter Point - S2-E5

Revealing mistake: When Sam pops open the cabinet with the wire he will later cut, you can see that the wire was cut and glued together again. When Sam cuts the wire some time later, it's in perfect condition. The taping was probably done in reverse order.

Made Man - S4-E3

Revealing mistake: When Fi triggers the bomb under the car, in the shot showing the explosion, the bomb itself, with an obvious red flashing light, has disappeared, plus the explosion originates from within the car, rather than underneath where the bomb was placed.

Jon Sandys

Last Stand - S4-E18

Revealing mistake: After Michael blows up his car, the bad guys' car hits it and pretty clear jolts to a near-stop. In the reverse angle it suddenly smashes over the top of the burning vehicle at great speed. Not to mention that without a ramp there's no way it could have jumped the wreck anyway.

Scorched Earth - S6-E1

Revealing mistake: Near the end when everyone is trying to escape the building before the explosion, the team escapes but Sam is missing. Michael calls out for Sam until he is shouting. A view of the building shows a stack of something with a horizontal gap in the middle. Sam's arm and blue shirt can be seen in the gap while Bruce Campbell waits for his cue to come out with the hostage.

Daniel Christner

End Run - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: During the scene when Michael is attempting to deceive Brennen into letting him and Nate go (from the time Brennen receives the picture message to when Brennen leaves), Brennen's necktie (right below the knot) changes from having a dimple to being flat, 6 or 7 times during the scene.

Show generally

Question: Where is the bathroom in Michael's loft? I have seen every season, every angle, and I never see anything resembling it?

dizzyd

Chosen answer: It might not actually have one, in which case, he'd have to go down into the club and use theirs. As for showering, going to his mother's house or a gym membership would take care of that.
