Continuity mistake: When Steele and Randi begin to dance, she puts one hand on his shoulder and he is holding her other hand by his waist. When the shot changes, both of her arms are now around Steele's neck. There was no time for her to change positions.

Factual error: Laura deduces that Ambrose's TV message, which suddenly came on in the dining room, wasn't live but a recording. She says that the VCR's timer had been set to begin playing the message during the guest dinner. But with a standard, unmodified VCR, which this is, that would be impossible.
