Plot hole: In the start of season 4 we meet Liberty's little brother, Danny. J.T. and Manny are making fun of him because he is new to the school and is starting out. If he is starting out, then he should be in the 7th grade, because it is stated in the first episode that the school changed into a 7-12. Liberty, J.T., Manny, Emma,Toby etc. are all in the 10th grade so how does it end up that Danny is a grade below Liberty?
Continuity mistake: When Emma gets into Jay's car for the first time, she has random braids in her hair. When she gets home and is talking to her parents, she has no braids. When she goes to the ravine, she has braids again.
Plot hole: Emma is getting people to sign a petition to get tampon machines in the girls' bathroom. But in the episode "Mother & Child Reunion," when Joey and Caitlin are in there, there's a tampon machine. So you can see that they took it out or just neglected the fact to support the plot of this episode.
Other mistake: In the episode "The Mating Game," Ashley states, "Terry, sorry about last night." Unless she was with Jimmy and Ashley, because she is referring to when Ashley yelled at Terry. But that was 2 days ago, so why is she saying "last night" when it was 2 days ago?
Continuity mistake: When Emma, Mr. Simpson, and Spike are sitting at the table eating Chinese food, Emma is already using the chopsticks when Mr. Simpson asks her, "What plans do you have for the weekend? Any hot dates?" Emma breaks open the set of chopsticks she was already using before she replies, "No, Mr.Simpson."
Visible crew/equipment: When Sean is showing Jay and Alex how to do something on the car, he is talking about him modding up his car for free. You can see a camera and crew through his reflector glasses.
Goin' Down the Road: Part 2 - S4-E22
Visible crew/equipment: The reflection of the cameraman can be seen in the vanity mirror as Spike and Caitlin hug, and again in the glass door, during Kevin Smith's hurried flight from Caitlin.
Continuity mistake: When Craig has to decide weather to go to college or stay with his band, he has to fill out an exception letter. When he is writing his name you can see there is nothing else on the paper, but when he picks it up it suddenly has a bunch of writing.
Our Lips Are Sealed: Part 2 - S5-E16

High Fidelity: Part 1 - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: When Spinner is at Friendship Club when he is becoming a "virgin" again, Marco is helping him set up. Marco lights a candle and puts a glass over the candle and the glass is different in the far shot.
Don't You Want Me? Part 2 - S6-E19
Continuity mistake: When Emma is about to explain to Manny that she might be pregnant, she is bent over unfolding some clothes. Then the scene changes angles and she is in a completely different position.
Revealing mistake: When Marco is telling Ellie about getting study candles, the power goes out, but behind them the electrical fan is still running.
Character mistake: When Sav asks Ali if she wants people to think she's not good enough for their family, Ali accidentally calls Sav "Ray" when she responds: "Yes, Ray, that's exactly what I want." Raymond "Ray" Ablack is the name of the actor who plays Sav. (00:17:31)
Suggested correction: Actually she says: "Yes. Right, that's exactly what I want." Not "yes Ray."
I know the subtitle says "right", but I hear "Ray" as well. Plus, it fits better in the line for her to use someone's name. Usually when someone is sarcastically agreeing they'll say "yeah, right" or "yes, [person's name]."
Yeah, it doesn't really make sense for her to say, "Yes, right" like that, and neither the intonation of her voice nor movement of her mouth match it either. The subtitles most likely said "right" to cover up the mistake.
Walking on Broken Glass: Part 1 - S12-E3
Continuity mistake: At the end, when Imogen is eating mini food, and Eli is talking to her, she has her food in her right hand, shot changes and both her hands are on the plate. (00:19:35)
Walking on Broken Glass: Part 1 - S12-E3
Continuity mistake: When Becky is talking to Eli about the play, the girl behind Becky (in the dark blue sweat shirt) keeps moving. (00:19:50)
Walking on Broken Glass: Part 1 - S12-E3
Continuity mistake: At the end when Imogen asks "so what's the play?" Eli turns his head twice. (00:20:10)
Walking on Broken Glass: Part 1 - S12-E3
Continuity mistake: At the end when Becky is walking around Eli her arms go up and down by her side a few times when Becky says "all singing, all dancing, all awesome." (00:20:20)
Visible crew/equipment: At Miles' party when Zoey and a random girl yell and say "Who's ready to have some fun tonight!?", you can see the set and other stuff visible on the top left of the screen. (Mostly visible on widescreen version). (00:07:25)
Unbelievable: Part 1 - S13-E23
Other mistake: When Zoey watches the assault video of her, when Luke or Neil put their hand down on Zoey's leg, a few milliseconds before that there is another left hand, wearing a watch, but that can't be Neil's hand either because his other hand is right on Zoey, and so is his body.
Continuity mistake: When Miles and Winston are in the pool house, Miles is behind Winston while talking, but right when Miles says "all right, well either way" he is suddenly right in front of Winston.
