Continuity mistake: At the Guild underground club, when Dr. Venture and Quizboy are on the wheel of torture, they switch position relative to the various torture methods when the camera zooms in, even though the outer ring and center spin together. For example you see Quizboy's head under "Rail Reaper", but then it's under "Burnt Slumber" and later "McPain's Anguish."

Continuity mistake: The Monarch has a massive tattoo on his back which not present afterwards.

Suggested correction: In the same episode he's shown in the shower washing it off. It was temporary and a nod to the movie Red Dragon.
