Continuity mistake: The amount of snow on Betty's head after Henry Bumps into her varies from shot to shot.
Character mistake: When Betty and Daniel takes Oshie to the White Tassel, as they are walking in, Daniel asks Betty if she is sure that they do not have anything over $5, Betty smiles and agrees. However, when there is an establishing shot of the restaurant, it states in the window that there is something for $9.99.
Continuity mistake: When Mark is unwrapping Wilhelmina's gift from Ted, the red ribbon appears and disappears as the camera angle changes.
Visible crew/equipment: In the shot where Betty and Christina are under the bed in Wilhelmina's room and Wilhelmina and the bodyguard are coming off the bed to shower, a trousered leg is visible on the left side of the screen. It disappears in the next shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bradford is playing golf in his office, Wilhelmina's foot is shown stopping the golf ball. When she does this a man's leg can be seen in the left corner and a woman's foot in sandals can be seen in the right, close to Wilhelmina's foot. They disappear in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: At Bradford's funeral, Daniel is surprised to learn about the family plot. But in season 1 episode 23 Daniel tells Alexis that he visited Alex's grave every Sunday.
Continuity mistake: When Dan finally finds DJ under the boardwalk, DJ pulls his hair back behind his ears. After multiple shots his hair is in front and behind his ears.

Continuity mistake: Kimmy Keegan gets new Mode business cards and asks Betty what her cards say. Betty says she doesn't have business cards. But in 1-4, "Fey's Sleigh Ride" Betty is given business cards and hands them out at a bar.
Visible crew/equipment: After Wilhelmina tells Marc that she didn't use the dirt he dug up, when Connor walks in Wilhelmina walks toward him, and the reflection of the boom pole/mic is visible on the light fixture. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: At the baseball game, when Matt holds out his keycard for Betty the keycard's magnetic stripe is at the top, but it switches to the bottom, then it's back at the top. (00:23:05)
Revealing mistake: After Betty leaves Jodie the voicemail, when Betty looks at Henry's Facebook page with the intention of unfriending him, she moves the cursor to the "remove friend" tab. Then in Betty's closeup we see that tab's reflections on both lenses of her eyeglasses, but the problem is the reflections are not backwards. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: When Helen is seated at the reception desk she has the phone's headset in her left ear, but in the next shot as Amanda sits down on the desk the headset is gone, then it's back in Helen's ear. (00:17:55)
