Revealing mistake: When Professor X is telling Juggernaut that he is in his mind, if you look closely you can see there is a disembodied mouth on the right side of Professor X's face that is synchronized with his dialogue. Apparently an animation error. Note: this error may only apply to the DVD version of the episode, as it does not occur on the version of the episode that appears on Disney+. (00:04:00)

Mojovision - S2-E11
Revealing mistake: When Mojo's studio audience is cheering after he says "I give it two flippers up," you can tell by each character's celebratory movements that it is just a reverse of the shot where the audience was first shown earlier in the episode. (00:07:50 - 00:15:23)

However, there were continual production quality problems, issues regarding whether the content was suitable enough for children, as well as financial considerations that finally led to it being ended.
