Continuity mistake: When Jubilee is heading to the store, the driveway of the mansion is shown to have a roundabout by the front door, and a small path leading to the front gate. However, the previous episode 'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 showed the driveway was a winding path longer than what is shown here, and there was also no roundabout. (00:06:04)

Continuity mistake: When Storm freezes Omega Red, his mouth is wide open. A couple of shots later, his mouth is only slightly open. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: When Omega Red is at the podium and gloating about the rebirth of the Soviet Union, the hammer and sickle emblem on the podium is the same color as the rest of the podium. When he destroys the podium, the hammer and sickle is now red on a blue background. (00:15:08)

Continuity mistake: When Omega Red ties up the parliament member with his coils, there is a space of about two feet between the man and Omega Red's wrist. When Omega Red begins siphoning the man's life force and reeling him closer, there is suddenly more distance between the two. (00:09:24)

Continuity mistake: In the shot of Wolverine and Colossus just before the Blackbird arrives, Wolverine's legs are flesh colored making it look like he is wearing a speedo. His legs should have been colored yellow here since he was wearing his pants. (00:14:25)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine lunges after Omega Red, he cuts off some of his hair, and the left side of Omega Red's hair is visibly shorter. A few moments later, his hair is back to its original length. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: The magnet Jubilee uses to attach her note to the fridge is green and then is red when Wolverine discovers it. The note is also higher up on the fridge when Wolverine sees it than it was when Jubilee originally placed it.
