One of Our Angels is Missing - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: Kris is in Arizona. However her car (Cobra II) is parked in front of the office. It is shown four times during the episode. It is even parked in different positions: sometimes it is in the centre (just in front of the main entrance), sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right. If Kris is not in LA, who is driving her car?
Continuity mistake: The Angels are talking about Seth, a man who has just disappeared. They watch a picture of him. In the long shots, the picture is always held horizontally. But in a close shot it is held vertically. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: Tiffany and Kelly have a car accident (orange Pinto). Back in the office, Kelly says, "I'm afraid the car is a bit of a mess", underlining the fact that it is not in good condition. However, the previous shot has shown the orange Pinto in perfect condition, parked in front of the office. (00:28:55)
Continuity mistake: Barbara is in a phone booth and she is talking to Dr. Redmont: her nails are not painted. Then she presses a button of a device: the close shot of the hands reveals that her nails are painted. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: In some shots, Jody Miller's nails are painted. In other shots, her nails are not painted. (00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: Look at Bosley's jacket. In some shots, the sleeve of the shirt comes out of the jacket. In others, it doesn't. (00:20:50)
Character mistake: The character played by Cheryl Ladd is Kristine "Kris" Munroe, spelt with a U, not Monroe with an O. However, in the registration document in her car, the name is spelt with an O. (00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: In some shots, Jaclyn Smith wears earrings. In other shots, she doesn't. (00:24:00 - 00:38:25)
Character mistake: At the Life Guard Trials, Kelly is the first Angel to arrive. She finishes 20th. Then, four other competitors arrive (21st / 22nd / 23rd / 24th). Then, Kris arrives. The judge says to her "You're 23." (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: When you see Julie's backside as she's choking their client her hair's different. Clearly this is actress Tanya Robert's stunt double.
Revealing mistake: When Julie's attacking their client and choking him with her arms locked, they're nowhere near his throat.
Answer: No, Charlie's face was never fully seen. In addition, Charlie was voiced by John Forsythe and he never even came to the set. Whenever we do see Charlie, it's a body double and not Forsythe.
