Continuity mistake: One of the men attempting to kill Walker holds up his AK pattern rifle after one of his crew members is killed. If you look at the rifle, you can see that the safety is on and as a result, would not fire if he squeezed the trigger. Before and after this shot, the safety is seen in the off position. (00:22:55)
Continuity mistake: The girl only has her right arm secured under the chair strap but in the next shot both of her arms are under it.
Borderline - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Walker is throwing the man after putting him in an arm lock, the stunt double isn't screaming, but the character is. (00:15:01)
Continuity mistake: The villain swings a desk lamp at Walker with his right hand. In the next shot, he swings it again with his left, and then it's instantly in his right hand in the next shot as he begins to strangle Walker.
Continuity mistake: Alex says that a painting her father gave her was destroyed by LaRue, and he's gone so that can never be replaced. Season 5 episode six "Redemption" introduces the still alive Gordon Cahill, her father.
Continuity mistake: When the criminals drive back to Walker's truck, the driver destroys three of his tires and the radiator by shooting at them. When he goes to unplug the CB radio, the right rear tire that was deflated has somehow inflated. When Walker returns to his truck, the tire is back to being deflated.
Last of a Breed: Part 1 - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: During the shoot out, where the family got shot. The boy fell down face first and is still like that when Walker came to check him. Shown at another angle, he's lying face up. Showing the boy again, he's face down again.
Continuity mistake: Halfway through the episode, they are in a helicopter looking for Walker and the others in a raft on a river. Half the time, the helicopter is shown going upstream and half the time the helicopter is shown going downstream.
Continuity mistake: Alfi refers to her father as a High Steel worker, yet a short time later when talking to her Mom, she says he was a concrete worker. He was killed in a concrete accident.
