Visible crew/equipment: There is a scene when the camera is moving fast around the outside of T-bag's office near the beginning. In one shot the camera person's back or leg is reflected in the glass.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Mahone is trying to escape from the restricted area, Sarah looks into the window of the door to see him. The camera moves in as well and you can see it reflected in the glass.
Visible crew/equipment: Gretchen arrives at the pickup spot with the van with LJ inside of it. As she opens the back door the camera moves closer and the reflection of the crew in the glass is obvious. (00:08:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Whistler talks to Sophia about Lincoln, the camera starts from a high angle. It moves down and to the right. During this time it casts a very obvious shadow on the fence.
