Continuity mistake: When Michael is holding the bolt as Pope is walking out after announcing a 48 hour lockdown, his grip on the bolt changes between camera cuts. (00:32:55)

Continuity mistake: When Abruzzi is on the phone arranging a plane for that night, the train in the station that is seen leaving changes between shots. The number painted on the outside of the front door changes from 3434 to 3410 and the number in the passenger window changes from 418 to 425. These are metal numbers not an LCD display. The destination, Kimball, stays the same. (00:13:35)

Continuity mistake: In the 'previously on Prison Break' Segment, the way Nikola gives Michael Sara's keys is completely different from the previous episode. Michael is seen to open his hand in this episode but when he actually received the keys he never opened his hand. (00:00:15)

Continuity mistake: When Sucre is telling Michael about Avocado he takes his blue shirt off and puts it on his bunk. Camera changes and you can see him put it on his bunk again. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: Michael sits Haywire down and gives him a pen and pad to draw on. When the camera changes the pen and pad are closer together and the pen has rotated. (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: C-Note puts some of the rubble on the table when talking to Michael. The rubble changes when Michael brushes it off the table. A particularly large rock appears that wasn't there before. (00:37:50)

Continuity mistake: When Quinn falls in the well, he falls through and subsequently destroys the well cover. At the end of the episode when the Secret Service boys show up, an undamaged cover is lying next to the well, which Kellerman uses to cover it up. (00:29:30 - 00:38:30)

Answer: Roughly as follows. Linc "kills" Steadman in 2001. Michael robs the bank on March 9th 2005 and is sent to Fox River on April 11th. That wouldn't make sense because the original grave stone in series 4 has Michael's death date as 2005, which is supposed to be at least 3 years after Fox River.
