Continuity mistake: We see Sarah banging on the window of the sick bay at the end. When she does this, she is banging with one hand and resting her other hand on the glass. The hand that is on the glass changes position during instant cuts. (00:41:00)

Continuity mistake: When T-Bag says about going through the "whack Shack" he has his hand up by his chin. When the shot changes, he turns his head and his hand is gone with no time to do so. (00:11:10)
The Old Head - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Kellerman kills LJ's step dad who subsequently falls on top of Kellerman. When Kellerman is trying to push the step dad off himself his tie is over his left arm. When the shot changes, his tie is now under his arm. (00:23:30)
