Other mistake: Between season 1 and 2 the opening there is a shot just as Dominic Purell's name comes up that features a blueprint. On the blue print, there are 2 distances visible - 7' 15" and and 23' 15." There are only 12" in a foot. (00:04:00)
Other mistake: If the show takes place in May, when Lincoln is scheduled to be executed, why is it snowing?
Suggested correction: It does occasionally snow in such months. There is no rule about weather being certain. It's just what we consider usual for each season, e.g. winter = cold. Characters even comment on very "variable" weather in state.
Other mistake: When T-bag catches Michael in his cell looking for the Allen key, he says, 'What are you doing in my cell?' but he doesn't have his usual southern accent. (00:20:00)

Other mistake: Unlike everyone else in the prison during the riot, Sara Tancredi is not drenched in sweat. In fact, she's not sweating at all.
And Then There Were 7 - S1-E11
Other mistake: In the first couple of minutes, Michael is sitting on the bed. When he leans forward, you can see his back, but no tattoos. (00:01:00)
Other mistake: When Michael climbs up the rope to get to the room below the infirmary, the rope is hanging from the manhole cover, but he still manages to lift the cover whilst hanging from it. In the next shot where he looks down the manhole, it's clear that there is nothing other than the rope he could have held on to while lifting the cover. Other mistake: Near the start of the season Lincoln gets a bullet wound to his leg, However there is no exit wound, revealing the bullet is lodged in his leg. Yet he is able to run and move around with relative ease just hours after being shot.
Other mistake: When Sara's dad is found dead, Sarah pulled him, so his body dropped on the floor with his key, but this key is different from the other square key that they used it to open his private locker. (00:16:30)
Rendezvous - S2-E10
Other mistake: Sara sprints the short distance to Mahone's car. Halfway through her sprint the camera changes to Michael for 23 seconds, then back to Sarah, who has covered less than 10m in that time. (00:26:30)
Other mistake: After Michael, Lincoln, Sara, and Kellerman jump the train, the scene of the police in pursuit pulling into a clearing is the same from the 'Dead Fall' episode - just a different shot. (00:35:05)
Call Waiting - S3-E3
Other mistake: Sucre is supposedly passed out, however when Lincoln puts him on the couch his arm moves upward.
Good Fences - S3-E4
Other mistake: In this episode Nieves is killed by Bagwell. At the end of the episode his body is shown being collected by the gravedigger and guards. However, Nieves is still fully clothed. Everytime someone dies in Sona they are stripped of all possessions and clothes by other inmates.
Other mistake: When the driver hits Sucre's car you can see a doll in the driver seat. And after the fight Gretchen gets in the car by herself and starts the car on the wrong side (the passenger seat), plus when she leaves the dead body disappears. (00:34:22)
Other mistake: Michael goes to Fox River in April. Maricruz gets pregnant in the same month. In mid-June, when Michael get arrested in Panama, she's still pregnant. That's 2 months. He was in there for about 2 weeks, due to his deal with the company. Therefore, he would have escaped Sona at the end of June or the start of July. The start of Season 4 is set 3 weeks after the escape from Sona, so Maricruz should be 3 months pregnant, but gives birth at the start of season 4, meaning that the baby is 6 months early but looks very healthy.
Other mistake: The psychologist shows Michael a photo of his family with his Mom, Dad, Michael and Lincoln but Michael never actually met his father when he was young.
Other mistake: While Paul Kellerman talks to Lincoln about Sofia and LJ, Dominic Purcell has a tattoo on his left forearm saying "j.c. 1950-2008", which should have been hidden as season 4 is set in 2005. (00:40:57)
Other mistake: Sarah and Michael are walking along the beach at the end. There is quite a clear path disturbed in front of them from where they practiced the shot before.
