In the Zone - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: McGee is looking at a report at the end and we see the page he is looking at has a few lines of text. Nothing much. Camera cuts to a close up of the report and the page is completely different. (00:38:40)
Continuity mistake: When Abby is first discussing the victim's blood types, there is a shot from behind her that shows a black band wrapped around her upper left thigh about an inch below the hem of her skirt. The shot changes to a front view and the black band is gone.

Factual error: There is a big deal made about Gibbs giving Shepard one of his magazines in the study with La Granoille. It is implied that that magazine was used in the gun to kill La Granoille on his yacht. The magazine he gave her was for his department issued Sig Sauer P228, however, he was killed with a Glock 19. The magazines are not compatible.
Continuity mistake: While Franks and Gibbs are talking in the diner, Franks' hair goes from being swept back to hanging over his forehead throughout the scene.
