Continuity mistake: When McGee calls Autopsy looking for Gibbs, Ducky reaches for the receiver with his left hand, but then picks it up with his right. And during their conversation, the receiver jumps from one hand to the other between shots. (00:31:05)

Character mistake: In the scene, where Jeanne tells Tony that he never said he loves her, besides after sexual activities. This is not true. In episode 15 "Friends and lovers" Tony ends a phone call saying "I love you."
