Visible crew/equipment: As Michael and Robin go to get into KITT on the firing range, the filming crew and equipment are reflected on the light cover on the back end of the car.
Good Day at White Rock - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: After we first see the pack of bikers riding, it cuts to two guys on bikes. They're being towed on a platform of some sort because the never turn their handlebars or front wheel but still turn with the curves in the road.
Good Day at White Rock - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: As the bike gang surround Lonnie by his van, one blond guy has his switch blade in his hand. Both hands switch position rapidly from cut to cut until he starts damaging the decal on the van.
Slammin' Sammy's Stunt Show Spectacular - S1-E5
Deliberate mistake: Watch the end of the test run for Michael and KITT. Michael was using the KITT steering wheel, but then he gets out of the car and it switches to a performance steering wheel instead.
Slammin' Sammy's Stunt Show Spectacular - S1-E5
Revealing mistake: As KITT goes into ski Mode to show Sammy what he can do, the stunt driver is obvious, and there's a bar mounted on the door just back from the driver's mirror for the driver to hold on to. Also, the regular steering wheel is easily spotted through the windshield.
Slammin' Sammy's Stunt Show Spectacular - S1-E5
Other mistake: At the end of his "audition", as Michael approaches the pit area, it's his stunt double with a bad wig.
Just My Bill - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: At the parking lot when the cop calls in a tow truck for the first time, you can spot a man inside the car wearing a white shirt hiding inside. He moves his head trying to avoid the camera angle but fails.
Just My Bill - S1-E6
Other mistake: Just as Michael jumps over the roadblock, the whole front of K.I.T.T. flexes showing it's not a real Trans-Am but a mock up.
Just My Bill - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: The blue car is chasing KITT out onto a public road with striping. In one shot from the blue car, they're on the private road, then suddenly back on the public road.
Just My Bill - S1-E6
Visible crew/equipment: As Michael walks over to talk to the guy KITT has cornered by the tan building, the shadow of the boom mic is on the building.
Continuity mistake: When Michael is evading the earth movers you can clearly see his left hand at the 12 o'clock position on a normal round steering wheel, rather than the aircraft-like yoke. (00:12:38)
Other mistake: As KITT has the guy pinned by the fence, asking questions, the passenger mirror is angled out in an impossible angle so there is no reflection.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: After the sheriff radios to the trucker to stop Michael Knight, you can see KITT drive by another KITT parked on the side of the road in the overhead shot. (00:23:40)
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: At the end when Michael is driving Devon in K.I.T.T, there is a truck behind Devon which isn't behind Michael, depending on who is talking in the shot.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: At the end, as KITT goes to jump the camper, there is a set of what appears to be mirrors to hide the obvious ramp.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: As the truck Devon is driving jumps the chain link fence, the helmeted and harnessed stunt driver is easily seen.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: As KITT and the truck approach each other, the terrain alternates from tree lined to wide open. Also in the same sequence, after KITT suggests reverse, Michael's hand is shifting from reverse to the low gears.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: When the camera looks at KARR's modulator, it appears to be nowhere in the futuristic dashboard.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Other mistake: When the semi is approaching Michael head on, KITT tell Michael to hit the brake, which Michael does. Then KITT tells Michael to put it in reverse, which Michael does. But then KITT says "why reverse, we could have jumped over?" as if he wasn't the one who suggested reversing.
No Big Thing - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: When Michael and KITT stop at the gas station, the driver's front tire goes from normal to slack and back again.
Answer: KITT didn't choose to go off the cliff in Goliath Returns, it just happened as he tried to avoid Goliath. Just 'cus it happened, doesn't mean It's gonna cure his fear of "flying"
