Halloween Knight - S3-E5

Visible crew/equipment: When Michael and Bonnie are in the bathroom looking at the goblin in the mirror, a cameraman can be seen in the bathtub in the reflection of the right side of the mirror.

Lost Knight - S3-E10

Plot hole: The explosion strength of the XPL nitro-plastiqe is very inconsistent. In the opening scenes, six cubes are enough bring down a building. Later, Bobby throws two cubes of it out the passenger window. Oddly, they end up on opposite sides of KITT, and then cause only very minor explosions. In the next scene, Bobby throws the another two cubes of explosive out the window, and those explosions are enough to collapse a power pylon. (00:08:26 - 00:08:49)

Lost Knight - S3-E10

Plot hole: KITT loses his memory of Michael and Bonny gives Michael a new memory to replace his damaged one. Now this is a back up version and improved memory. But after the old backup is restored, KITT still knows who the boy is, despite meeting the boy after that backup would have been taken.

Custom Made Killer - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: When Michael and KITT have the murdering driver cornered and get him to talk, KITT is asked to pop in a tape to record the confession. When it goes in, it's a white cassette. When Michael comes in to get Krebbs, he holds up a black cassette.

Junk Yard Dog - S3-E14

Other mistake: The chemicals in the pool eat the seats, including the metal hardware, the steering wheel, and all the electronics, but the tires remain intact, and inflated.

Suggested correction: Molecular Bonded Shield protects KITT's exterior including tires, while his interior isn't protected. Therefore, his tires haven't been destroyed by acid.

Junk Yard Dog - S3-E14

Other mistake: When KITT is heading off the two goons, he starts to chase them. As he does, you can see the hood behind the driver's seat, hiding the stunt driver. Also, when KITT is dropped into the pool of chemicals, you can easily tell that it's a model in a miniature set.

Knight Strike - S3-E21

Revealing mistake: Just after Michael is about to be rammed by the two Land Rovers, he jumps onto K.I.T.T. and gets inside. The film must have been reversed as he is sitting on the right-hand side, but when it cuts he is then shown to be sitting on the left-hand side.

Circus Knights - S3-E22

Other mistake: Just after Michael finds Devon in the trailer, as he gets in K.I.T.T you see him put the gear into D and then he reverses. Then it shows you him putting the gear into R and then drives off. Looks like they got the footage the wrong way round in the edit.

Circus Knights - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: When you see Bonnie and Devon in the audience waiting for Michael and K.I.T.T to perform, sitting next to Bonnie is a guy in red shirt. In another shot of the audience the same guy can be seen sitting higher up in the seating area and sat with other people. When you next see Bonnie and Devon, the guy is back sitting next to her.

Circus Knights - S3-E22

Revealing mistake: When Michael and K.I.T.T turbo boost the flame thrower and disable the fire engine, Michael says to K.I.T.T "get the clown." During the shot prior to K.I.T.T pinning the clown in you see the hands steering K.I.T.T appear above the dash.
