Blake's 7

Ultraworld - S3-E10

Plot hole: When Ultraworld first shows up on the Liberator's screens, all scans show it isn't there. Avon explains it can't be detected because it is an artificial planet using alien technology which blocks all electromagnetic radiation from escaping. But the crew are looking at it on their screen - the ordinary visible light we use to see things is part of the electromagnetic spectrum too.

Terminal - S3-E13

Plot hole: If the "Enzyme Activity" adhered to the hull of the Liberator, how did it enter the ship without causing a hull breach and immediate loss of pressure ? Also, how did Servalan not suspect anything when she boarded, missed Orace and ordered Maximum Power surrounded by green mould?

Cygnus Alpha - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Vargas beams up to the Liberator just ahead of Blake, Gan & Vila, he challenges them when they arrive from the other side of the room - by stepping out of the teleport bay. But they're standing in the teleport bay, and Liberator has only one. So exactly where is Vargas standing? (00:48:15)

Stardrive - S4-E4

Trivia: The box-like entrances to the underground lair proved problematic for the Space Rat actors. When several of them were supposed to spill out on cue, the box walls and their heavy helmets prevented them from hearing the director, who repeatedly screamed "Action!" to no avail. A lone voice from inside the box eventually shouted back, "Can't hear you!"
