Communication Breakdown - S5-E19
Character mistake: When Mac, Stella, and Danny are trying to determine where the fired bullet entered the train car, none of them are wearing rubber gloves. But even though they're not handling any evidence, they're still processing a crime scene. (00:05:00)
Hammer Down - S6-E7
Visible crew/equipment: Season 6, episode 7 "Hammer Down": Just after Mac and Ray have finished briefing the other officers as they are about to begin a chase, there is an actor's red T-mark on the floor, visible just as the officers begin to walk towards the scene.
Not What It Looks Like - S3-E2
Revealing mistake: When the three thieves destroy the jewelry cases, the case in the middle of the room doesn't shatter. (00:01:15)
Tri-Borough - S1-E11
Character mistake: When Danny runs the bullet he found at the crime scene through IBIS and finds a match, "homicide" is misspelled "homocide". (00:08:20)
Trivia: Outside the greenhouse where the abducted kids are being held are posters for the Weak Alibis, the Missing Notes and Rough Sects, which were bands that either appeared or were mentioned in the season 2 episode "Stuck on You." (00:37:40)
White Gold - S9-E14
Continuity mistake: When Mac and Danny are telling the pizza owner about his nephew's death, in a shot from the side the man's arms are by his side, then it cuts to the front and his hands are on his hips.
Grand Master - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Hawkes shows Mac the rib he is molding, he picks up a towel to dry it off. In the following shot, the towel is on top of the microwave, and Hawkes picks it up a second time. (00:26:10)
Pot of Gold - S6-E17
Continuity mistake: When Danny talks to Lindsay in the lab, he folds his arms over his chest left over right. In the following shots, his arms are right over left, then back to left over right. (00:10:50)
Tri-Borough - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When Danny talks to Kaylie about Inhumanity, he has his hands clasped together in front of him, but in the next shot, both arms are behind his back. (00:17:30)
Grand Master - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Mac notices the blood on DJ Francais' shoe and shines his flashlight at Francais, Francais holds up his left hand to shield his face in one shot, but in the next shot, he's holding up his right hand. (00:10:10)
Continuity mistake: In the flashback of Whitman Price's death, the final position of his body is inconsistent relative to where his body was when the crime scene was processed. (00:10:00 - 00:33:40)
Continuity mistake: When Rikki Sandoval offers Danny the bowl of sugar, Danny takes the top off with his right hand. In the following shot, his hand is down by his side and the jar top is back on the jar. (00:36:20)
Continuity mistake: When Mac chases Suspect X into the construction site, X takes cover behind a pillar and fires her gun at Mac with one hand. In the next shot she's suddenly out in the open, holding her gun with two hands. (00:37:55)
Continuity mistake: When Flack, Lindsay, and Stella go to Kim Wey Imports, it's bright daylight out. But when Flack chases Wey out of the warehouse, the sky has suddenly become pitch black. They were only inside for a few minutes, so it shouldn't have been that dark. (00:25:05 - 00:26:30)
Suggested correction: Theoretically correct, but it can be argued that the only evidence present is the bullet (which has DNA and prints burnt off when fired) and the body (which can only be handled by the MEs) gloves are not required.

What utter rubbish. No CSI would enter a crime scene without first putting on latex gloves - it is a carved-in-stone rule.
Exactly. Since Mac, Stella and Danny were processing a crime scene, they would need to wear gloves because without them, they would have contaminated a crime scene by not only getting their fingerprints over everything but, if one of them got a cut or scrape, their DNA would also be thrown into the mix and any defense attorney can call them out on their carelessness and have any evidence thrown out.
