Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15
Continuity mistake: In the kitchen when Arthur says he was a terrible father and gets up, Holly looks over at him with her hand on the edge of the table. She says, "Oh no", but then she's smiling. When the shot changes angle, her arms are crossed. Then Holly says, "Better than my dad, who was too busy chasing the almighty bottle of glue", her hand is instantly on the box of photos again. (00:11:35 - 00:12:05)
Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15

Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15
Continuity mistake: Doug is sitting on the couch making club music sounds and moving his hands when Carrie reaches out and touches his face to make him stop; then his left hand is instantly on the arm rest. (00:13:10)
Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15
Revealing mistake: When Doug flies off the bike and across the screen, in the background is a palm tree, which obviously would not grow in New York. (00:14:20)
Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15

Move Doubt - S8-E8
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Doug and Carrie are at Deacon and Kelly's apartment, you can see a picture on the wall in the hallway behind them. Then when Doug and Carrie leave, the wall is much further back and there's a window and plant instead of the picture on the wall. (00:19:40 - 00:20:45)
Move Doubt - S8-E8
Visible crew/equipment: Season 8, episode 8 "Move Doubt": When Carrie and Doug leave Kelly and Deacon's apartment, you can see the shadow of a boom mic on the wall to their left.
Plot hole: Spence comes in with a pizza and says, "Let's hit this pizza hard and get out of here." But then later we find out there's a laptop in the pizza box. What if the guys actually wanted a slice? Also, after the guys leave for the movies, Carrie or Arthur would've seen the laptop in the pizza box. (00:05:35 - 00:06:55)
Continuity mistake: Deacon says "How do we know cutie-pie isn't cutie-guy?" then crosses his arms. In the next shot his arms are immediately uncrossed and on his hips when Doug replies. (00:06:00)
Revealing mistake: In the kitchen, Deacon asks Doug, "Are we gunna play basketball or what?" while leaning against the counter. In this shot you can see the kitchen wall is on an angle slanting away from the camera. This makes the kitchen look bigger and cuts down on the empty stage space on the wall where the cameras are. (00:07:00)
Fresh Brood - S8-E12
Other mistake: When Danny comes in with the baby and says nothing about it, Doug says, "Gare, what's goin' on?" Danny is played by Kevin James' real brother Gary Valentine. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: When Doug and Carrie are in the living room talking about Doug not going out with Kelly again, he has the phone in his hand, gets upset and throws the phone down. Then Carrie is going to call Kelly for Doug, and when she goes to pick up the phone, it's placed perfectly back on the hook when it should be hanging near the floor from the way Doug threw it.
Visible crew/equipment: When Doug is getting a lift from the Priority Plus driver after being rescued from being stuck in the drive-thru, you can see the camera truck (the truck they use to film exterior road/driving shots) in the reflections of the glass windows of buildings behind Doug when the camera cuts to him.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Doug has been bubble wrapped and dumped out in front of IPS, Deacon leans over talking to him and you can see a boom mike shadow over Deacon's shadow in the background.
Continuity mistake: In the episode where Priority Plus is mentioned, after the Priority Plus driver has got Doug Out of the drive through, he gives Doug a lift in his truck. In some shots there is a window on the side of the street. In the window there is no Priority Plus truck visible.
Visible crew/equipment: Doug, Deacon, and Danny are at their lockers towards the end of the episode, and Deacon says, "Me and Danny gotta do another half shift tonight." Camera cuts, and a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen.
Answer: Sara hasn't been mentioned in later episodes, and it suggested in later episodes that she never existed, and that Carrie is an only child. Kevin James stated that the producers couldn't think of an good plots to use with Sara, so they left her out.
