Continuity mistake: Frost bumps into Mullett's car and breaks a brake light. Part of the red casing falls to the floor. When Frost walks over to look at the damage and sweep it away with his foot, a light bulb is now on the floor. (00:09:50)
Continuity mistake: At the very end, Frost crumples up the note that says "Wash Mach" however when the shot changes, the note is folded. (01:40:05)
Continuity mistake: Near the start after the hostage situation a white van is seen stopping then pulling away. As it pulls away the crew is reflected. (00:09:15)

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Frost calls Pam to warn her about Meadows, she walks in to the hall and picks up the cordless phone. After she's looked out of the window and seen the killer staring at her, she 'does a Kim Bauer' and holds the phone upside down while she continues speaking with Frost. (02:09:00 - 02:10:20)
Revealing mistake: When the Blue car is after the fake pizza boy there are three shots of the car being driven by a man and not the woman who a few seconds ago was driving.
Near Death Experience - S12-E1
Revealing mistake: At the end Jack wrestles the knife out of the attacker's hand and in doing so cuts his own hand. However in the extreme close up you can see the rubber knife is bending when Jack wrestles it away. (01:30:30)
In the Public Interest - S14-E3
Audio problem: There's a scene where Frost and George are in the car. Frost's phone rings and you can hear both the ring tone and sounds of the phone vibrating against a surface. The problem is that when George is holding the phone in his hand it is still making very loud vibrating sounds, like it would if it was still lying on a surface. When you hold a vibrating phone in your hand it doesn't make noises like that.
