The Duchess Assignment - S1-E21
Audio problem: In the opening scene at the casino, the rogue croupier at the Duchess' table is voiced by Matt Zimmerman, but when the same croupier calls out "18 red", he has a completely different voice provided by Peter Dyneley.
The Duchess Assignment - S1-E21
Character mistake: When the croupier at the Duchess' table calls out the phrase "Rien ne va plus" (French for "no more bets"), he pronounces "Rien" incorrectly - he pronounces it "RINE ne va plus" instead of "REE-en ne va plus".
Continuity mistake: The broken section of monorail track that is attached to the top of the centre coach when Thunderbird 2 lifts it away from the bridge is significantly longer when Virgil sets the coach down on the mountainside.
Other mistake: Just as the villains' car goes out of control in the opening sequence, a huge lump of greenery falls out of the sky in the background.
Deliberate mistake: When Selsden and Malloy try to open Penelope's safe, the bulb in Malloy's torch gets so hot that the prop torch begins to smoulder.
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Kalp makes his surprise appearance via Lopez's secret waterway, after shooting Scott's gun out of his hand, he holds up a test tube of Theramine. As he says, "Remarkable discovery." in the close-up, the position of Kalp's hand differs. (00:34:10)
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: During the after-mission chat, Alan is wearing a bandage above his left eye due to an injury he picked up on duty. If you look carefully this bandage sometimes changes between shots; it is particularly noticeable when he's in the bathroom with Tin-Tin. Also, the bandage is too small and too high up to have covered the injury adequately. (00:45:25)
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Visible crew/equipment: A film camera and its camera operator can be seen reflected in the glass during a shot of Mrs. Files at the window of Orchard's house in the opening sequence.
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Audio problem: When Culp is walking from his boat to the window outside the laboratory, some dialogue from Dr Orchard describing the theramine process can be heard in the background. When we are in the laboratory, Dr Orchard describes the process with the same dialogue soundtrack.
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Revealing mistake: When Gordon shoots the third giant alligator, you can see a bit of water jumping into the air at the very end of the shot, indicating that it was reversed footage.
Attack of the Alligators! - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When the giant alligator surrounds the house and starts to attack it, the pattern of its tail in a close-up is completely different to the pattern of the alligator as seen in a long-shot.
Attack of the Alligators - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Jeff and Virgil are talking about how to deal with the alligator situation at the house, Jeff says that Pod 6 would be the best choice. Yet when Thunderbird 2 arrives at the scene, it is not Pod 6 that has been chosen - it is Pod 4.
Continuity mistake: After Scott realises that someone has tampered with TB1's camera detector, when it cuts to the movie set's camera, Agent 79's (the Hood) disguise eyeglasses are hanging beside the mask, but in the next shot the eyeglasses have vanished. (00:29:50)
Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 1 arrives at the danger zone, it descends with wheels on the end of the landing gear, but when Thunderbird 1 lands, it lands with skids on the end of the landing gear, and the wheels are no longer there.
Continuity mistake: In the Thunderbird 2 hangar, Virgil selects Pod 5, but when the cliff face drops down, Pod 2 is on the right of Thunderbird 2 (instead of Pod 4, which it should be).
Continuity mistake: When we see The Hood's plane crashed into the General's mansion in a view from Thunderbird 1's cockpit window, there is a red car parked near the mansion covered in dust. But after Scott says that the stolen film could not have survived that smash, we cut back to the mansion and the dust on the red car has disappeared.
Character mistake: The end of this episode concerns IR chasing down a copy of the photos the Hood taken of the Thunderbird vehicles. However, they show no concern for being photographed in person, as they're lounging around in casual clothes in the end, on an active film set with cameras everywhere, and no camera detector on their persons.
Continuity mistake: When Scott says goodbye to Goldheimer, you can that the cockpit window on Thunderbird 1 has bolts directly around it, but when Thunderbird 1 is pursuing the Hood a little later on, the cockpit window now has a metal border with bolts.
Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 1 arrives at the danger zone, there are no markings down the length of the vehicle when it lands, but lettering appears after Scott calls for help with his equipment. This lettering is in a completely different font to that seen on the vehicle during the launch sequence.
Continuity mistake: When Lady Penelope and Tin-Tin pause to turn on their ski thrusts as they return to the hotel from Olsen's chalet, it begins to snow, but the snow has stopped when they set off again just seconds later.
