Revealing mistake: In the scene where the wife comes in to the morgue to view her dead husband, who she helped to euthanize, the dead man is breathing throughout the whole scene. You can see the sheet rising and falling at his stomach. (00:22:15 - 00:24:05)
Character mistake: Mahershala said the child found in the cement had "osteoportrosis", instead of osteoporosis. Then the grief counselor repeated the same incorrect word.
Suggested correction: They said "osteopetrosis," which is a different medical condition from osteoporosis. Osteopetrosis is a genetic condition that causes overly dense, brittle, and misshapen bones starting in infancy.

Factual error: This is at the end of the episode, when Jordan takes the key that she found for the 66 Ford and tries it in the ignition it should have been a square key. Round keys were for the doors and trunk. Back then they made two keys - one that opened the car doors and trunk and one that started the ignition. She never even tried the key in the trunk.
Continuity mistake: When Bug speaks with the beautiful widow the second time, about performing a noninvasive autopsy on her husband, her long hair continually changes position in the shots that face her.
Continuity mistake: When the police officer gets hit by the dead woman's husband with a baseball bat, the police officer pulls his gun on the man from the ground and points it at his genitals. Then a series of different shots of him doing this is shown. From the shot in front of the officer, you can tell he's a few feet away from the man, but from the side shot his gun is less than an inch away from him.
