Devil Music - S5-E4
Character mistake: When they pulled the bullet out of the wall of the Five and Dime, Danny says that it was either a .40 or .45 caliber. The .40 caliber was not produced until 1990, 37 years after the date the crime took place. (00:30:00 - 00:35:00)
The Promise - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode the date "October 23, 2003" appears onscreen, which is the night of the party where Laurie Dunne died. However, shortly after, we see the officer typing up the accidental death report and the year of death reads as "2004" and also later when Laurie's father shows the laptop to Stillman and Lilly, we see the date stamp "2004:10:23" on the image that Laurie had emailed.
Factual error: As Dr. Bowen is about to depart Mrs. Lee's shop, we can see a parked car outside the window that is too recent for 1984. (00:34:34)
Glory Days - S6-E1
Factual error: The episode opens in a locker room with the players singing "Taking Care of Business". However, it is supposed to be October 1973 and that song was released in December 1973.
Factual error: In the flashback where the Hathaways realise their son is missing, the vehicles parked on the street and driveways are too modern for 1987.
