Trivia: The character of Haleh was supposed to appear in this episode but was written out, and with good reason. This episode picks up right where the previous season's finale left off, but the actress who plays Haleh had lost over 100 pounds over the summer hiatus.
Continuity mistake: As Mark futilely pounds on Jodi O'Brien's chest, Carol can be seen in the background, removing her protective glasses with one hand. However, after the Time of Death has been called and they're showing the reactions of everyone present in the room (Susan, Carol, Carter, Lydia, Chen), Carol is seen taking the glasses off again, this time with both hands.
Robert Romano: They're going to be looking for a sacrificial lamb, and I have to tell you, right now you're looking pretty wooly.
Question: Does anybody know what the episode was called where that helicopter severed Romano's arm? I'm pretty sure it was season 8.
