Continuity mistake: After Louise Thornton leaves the Democratic media consultant meeting, Josh runs after her inside the Santos campaign HQ. Continuity mistake: During Josh's conversation with Congressman Skinner, the beer bottles on Josh's desk change between shots. The labels point different directions, and during one shot the bottles are open, only to be closed again in the next shot. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: When Kate Harper and Sec. Hutchinson are arguing about the hostages in Bolivia, the digital clocks on the wall behind Kate don't sync properly as the shot switches between the two of them. (00:30:15)

Continuity mistake: Josh comes back from his trip to visit Sam. He walks in the door and lets his bags drop on the floor. He collapses on the couch with his arms spread wide. Immediately, there's a knock at the door and he opens his eyes. When the angle changes towards the door showing him going to get up, his arms are now crossed above and behind his head resting on the couch arm. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: When Toby and Josh meet with Judge Ashland, a teacup and teapot appear in front of the judge without either him or anyone else putting them there. (00:20:20)

Answer: It's in reference to the many televangelists and revival ministers usually associated with the right-wing that have been convicted of tax fraud (Jim Bakker and Tamy Faye being a more famous set). Occasionally, the more unscrupulous ministers have bilked millions from believers all in the name of God.
