Nicky and/or Alexander - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: When DJ and Stephanie are done playing with the twins and Jesse comes in, he takes the booties off their feet, thinking that they still had their hospital bracelets on. While he is still in the kitchen, you can see that the booties are on the table between the twins. These keep changing positions in between shots, even when Jesse goes in the living room leaving the twins unattended.
Nicky and/or Alexander - S5-E11
Other mistake: When Becky first names the twins before leaving the kitchen, Alexander has the peach booties and Nicky has the mint green. When Jesse takes them off and goes to put them back on, he switches these colors, making Alexander mint green and Nicky peach. The next morning, Jesse ends up switching them back to the original, making the baby's identities correct. Later in the episode when he does the foot print and discovers who is who, Alexander is wearing the mint green booties and Nicky was wearing the peach, which was not what the original colors were. So they either still mixed up the babies, or he "changed" the booties other times not shown in the episode.
Nicky and/or Alexander - S5-E11
Factual error: This episode takes place right after Jesse has had his appendix surgery. If he has just had that type of surgery he wouldn't be doing anything yet. It takes several weeks to recover from this type of surgery and he would most likely be tired and be resting a lot.
Spellbound - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: D.J. writes "Michelle" on the chalkboard, and Michelle says "That's my name, Michelle." Then in the next scene, Michelle's name is not in the same writing, especially the first 'e'.
Spellbound - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: When D.J. is explaining about vowels, the pattern on Michelle's dress keeps changing. At times, there are flowers over her right shoulder and other times, they are more towards the left. In addition to this, her hair also keeps changing. At times the end of her ponytail is curved outwards and other times, it's straight.
Spellbound - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: When Jesse writes the word 'AT' on the chalkboard, the way it is written changes between shots.
The Devil Made Me Do It - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: When Jesse throws Michelle's blue suitcase on the bed when they return home, it lands with the handle facing the camera. When Michelle goes to unpack it at the end of the scene, it's now on the other side of the bed with the handle and zip facing her.
Continuity mistake: Jesse is bouncing a baby on his knee and humming the theme to Bonanza, but in another episode (the one where Jesse graduates), he states that he hates that song because his dentist used to hum it while he drilled his teeth, so when he hears it his teeth hurt. When he hums it in this episode his teeth don't seem to hurt.
Visible crew/equipment: A boom mike is visible just before Stephanie opens the door and Uncle Joey scares her.
Continuity mistake: In the last episode in season 5, the twins are babies. In the first episode of season 6 they look about 18 months old, and only 6-8 weeks have passed while DJ was in Spain.
Radio Days - S6-E4
Plot hole: At the end of Joey and Jesse's radio interview, the host Julie says "Joey Gladstone." However this appears to be the first time she's met him and when Jesse introduced him to her a few minutes before (in real time), he referred to him only as "Joey" and never once told her his surname nor is it mentioned in the interview. Furthermore, she also said she wasn't aware of The Ranger Joe Show so it doesn't make sense for her to suddenly know his last name minutes later when she was never told it previously.
Lovers and Other Tanners - S6-E5
Audio problem: When Vicky goes to join Danny outside near the end of the episode, she walks across the garden to where he's sitting. However as she steps off the veranda and walks over what's supposed to be the grass, you can hear her heels walking on a hard floor.
Continuity mistake: In "One Last Kiss", Jesse goes to his high school reunion and then in the flashback, he rides his motorcycle into the gym and says to his girlfriend, 'I'm graduating tomorrow, what are they gonna do, expel me?' indicating that he graduated. But in this episode, Jesse says he's a high school drop-out and he needs to take an English class.
Visible crew/equipment: When D.J. and Kimmy ask everyone to vote on the best slogan, you can see the tip of the boom mic near the top of the stairs after Joey gives his vote.
Continuity mistake: In the final act, when the twins are dressed in Elvis costumes, Jessie throws the red scarves to the crowd. When he picks the twins up to bow, the scarves are back. As the winners are being announced he even removes a scarf although they were thrown to the crowd.
Visible crew/equipment: When Stephanie Judith Tanner is getting her ears pierced you can see the house lights in the reflection in her eyes.
Continuity mistake: In Season 6 Episode 11, Vicky's mum redecorates Michelle and Stephanie's room, but here 3 episodes later the room is back to the old style and then after that episode it's redecorated again. (00:00:05 - 00:00:45)
Be True to Your Pre-School - S6-E15
Continuity mistake: When Jesse throw the paper in the trash can at the end, it's just crumpled a little bit. But is the next shot, when it just show the trash can, the paper is crumpled more like a ball.
Be True to Your Pre-School - S6-E15
Continuity mistake: In the scene toward the end where Uncle Jesse reads the paper that says his twins are accepted to a certain pre-school. He crumples the piece of paper and tosses towards a small trash can. You see the paper would have missed and landed past the small trash can onto the couch, but in the next shot before the paper would have landed on the couch, it lands right in the small trash can.
Be True to Your Pre-School - S6-E15
Continuity mistake: When Stephanie says 'Let's hit Vegas', both her hands are empty as she puts them on the table, but in the very next shot when she says 'I feel lucky', she is suddenly holding a half eaten cookie in her right hand.
