Show generally

Corrected entry: The whole Mafia side of the family that Tony frequents say how they smoke only the finest Cuban Cigars, quite frequently Monte Cristo's. Cuban cigars don't produce white ash like it does on the show. Cuban cigars' ash is a dark brown color.

Correction: Factually incorrect. I have smoked Cuban cigars with white ash including Monte Cristo.

Show generally

Corrected entry: Despite the fact that the Soprano family is supposed to be well-known in New Jersey (so much so that, when Janice gets into the fight at Sophia's soccer game, the newscasters mention that she is the "reputed mob boss's sister"), nobody around them seems to be aware of who they are. Katherine Romano doesn't know Uncle Junior is under House Arrest (this kind of stuff makes the news all the time). And, given that Dr. Kupfurburg lives in New Jersey, is Dr. Melfi's shrink, and constantly talks about how concerned he is about her treating Tony, how is it possible that he didn't know who Tony was when he ran into him in the parking garage?

Correction: Just becaue people hear names/events on the news and see some pictures does not mean that they will definitely recognize someone they have seen just a few times on the news. I am from Long Island and I can say I would never be able to spot John Gotti or his sons even though there was a reality TV program about them.

Show generally

Corrected entry: Ep. 83, "Kennedy and Heidi": After Christopher dies and they're talking about the cause of death, Meadow says that an airbag deployed without a seatbelt on can cause thorasic damage, but the airbags were not deployed after the accident when Tony reached in to kill him.

Correction: Meadow could have easily heard misinformation saying the bag exploded, when in reality it did not. Afterall, everyone received misinformation as to how Christopher actually died.

Continuity mistake: When Janice is trying on her wedding gown with Carmela, her tattoo is gone. However, in all the other shots, her tattoo is above her cleavage line, between her boobs. It's nowhere to be seen in the wedding dress shots.

Suggested correction: Actually, her tattoo is visible. The style of the wedding dress she had on was obviously chosen for the way that it NEARLY covered up the tattoo. It is easily seen if your eyes are not glued to her cleavage near the 19 minute mark.

Sorry. There is no way her tattoo is covered up. I looked at the prior engagement party scene and jumped to the wedding dress, this is an error. There is no covering it up.

The tattoo is there and it is definitely covered up. Look at her right boob, not left, since we are seeing a reflection of her in the mirror, and you'll find that tattoo all right.

Suggested correction: Actually there is more than one shot where you can't see the tattoo at all. It depends on the angle. In most shots the top of the tattoo is always visible and in others it's not at all.

Christopher - S4-E3

Question: Was it Jimmy Altieri standing in the back of the crowd during the Columbus rally scene? He was killed in season one for being an FBI informant and here they probably used him as a stand in... If so, then that is some sort of mistake, because I think, it really is him. (00:15:50)

Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
