Behind Paulie, there's a closed door with the boat rental information posted on it. As the boat continues to head out to sea, in the next shot of Paulie, the door is now open, but he is standing in the same spot. (00:45:20)

Continuity mistake: Adriana was wearing a red blouse at the Crazy Horse, and in the car with Tony during the accident. When Christopher picks her up from hospital, she is wearing a gray Fila sweatsuit jacket. It's funny she is wearing something different because the next morning at the hospital, Tony is wearing the same shirt he had on during the accident. (00:23:57 - 00:29:04)

Other mistake: The Soprano crew takes Christopher out to a cornfield to talk some sense into him or whack him. It's raining and the ground is wet but only Tony B is getting wet. (00:41:18)
Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
