Pax Soprana - S1-E6
Visible crew/equipment: When Mikey Palmice arrives at the poker game and begins to pummel Sammy, an actor's red tape mark is visible on the floor under the card table.
Continuity mistake: While Tony is talking to Melfi about A.J, Melfi's lipstick color darkens halfway during the conversation. (00:12:37)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the show, Tony is making an ice cream sundae for himself and A.J. He gets a Path-mark store brand aerosol can of whipped cream. When the camera cuts to closer look at Tony the can changes to a Redi-whip brand of whipped cream. (00:49:00 - 00:50:00)
The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: Christopher is in the pastry shop. When his head is turned to the left, an earpiece can be seen in his ear. (00:17:35)

Other mistake: Christopher Moltisanti fires a 2nd warning shot at a baker. The shot is fired at the floor but a mirror up on the wall behind the baker shatters. In the next shot and all subsequent shots, the mirror is undamaged. Now this gun was a prop gun, supposedly modified to fire blanks. How did the mirror shatter? It couldn't have been part of the planned shot. Christopher was aiming at the floor. (00:18:41)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tony gets out of the car to go looking for the weapons hidden in Livia's room at the nursing home, the camera and a big light panel are reflected on the car's door when Tony closes it, as well as the dolly track, which is on the steel bumper before the shot goes forward on Tony while rescuing the bag from the trunk. The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: When they drive in the Lexus, around 33 min into the scene, you can see the headrest on the driver's seat moving up and down as the shot changes from him to Tony and back. Happens several times. (00:32:55)
The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: When Agents Harris and Russo knock on Tony's glass door from the backyard to ask him to open the door from the main entrance in order to explain to their kids that they're "having visits", as Tony closes the glass door, a stage light is reflected on it. (00:36:24)
Visible crew/equipment: During the dinner scene, in some of the shots facing Junior, the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a watch) holding up the boom pole/mic is visible on the glass, toward the top left side of the screen. Additionally, in two shots facing Junior (POV beside Carmela's right shoulder), we can see part of a black reflector screen (collapsible type) between Junior and Carmela.
Continuity mistake: At dinner, when Meadow gets upset, she leaves the table and heads upstairs, so Carmela leaves the table and follows her daughter. Then, when Livia gets insulted, she tells Junior to take her home, and she too leaves the table. The problem occurs when Tony tells Junior, "You mangia, Uncle Jun', she'll come back," and in the next shot facing Junior, the reflection on the door shows Carmela and Livia are still seated at the table.
Audio problem: In the first long shots of Visiting Day playing at the club, the lead vocal is heard, but the singer is standing well back from the mic and does not appear to be singing.
Continuity mistake: When Hesh and Massive Genius are talking on the porch, Hesh is leaning forward and picks up a glass of ice tea. A second later, in the next shot he is sitting back in his chair, and is no longer holding the glass.
Visible crew/equipment: After Tony gives Dr Cusamano the box of Cuban cigars, when the telephone rings, Tony walks over to answer it, and a crouching crew member is visible at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Continuity mistake: The scene where Hesh and Massive Genius are sitting down and drinking. Massive Genius has just requested that Hesh pay reparations money. Paulie then steps forwards, aggressively demanding "or what?" Behind him, Chris is standing by the white pillar. However, two shots and 2 seconds later, when the camera cuts back to Tony's holding Paulie back, Chris has completely disappeared from the veranda - he is neither behind Paulie or Silvio.
Nobody Knows Anything - S1-E11
Character mistake: When Tony tells Dr. Melfi he feels as though a safe might fall on his head, she replies, "a feeling of pending doom." A woman of her intellect and education should know the proper word is "impending." "Pending" means something awaiting a conclusion. "Impending" means about to occur.
Revealing mistake: When Tony buys the orange juice off the street vendor (just before he is attacked by the hitmen) you can see the magazines on the vendor's stand being blown around by the "heavy winds" that are present throughout the episode. However, if you look behind Tony, you can see the scenery is almost completely still. The "wind" is coming from just off camera. (00:27:17)
Factual error: During Tony's assassination attempt he struggles with one of the "hit men" for control of a pistol. One can see that the pistol does not contain a magazine. This would limit the shooter to 1 shot, providing the pistol is not equipped with a "magazine disconnect" if it is than it can not be fired at all. It seems unlikely that a "hit man" would be so ill prepared.
Deliberate mistake: While Tony stands beside his car, the first assassin shoots at him, and when Tony dives into the front seat we see the car's dashboard. After struggling with the second assassin, when Tony crashes into the parked car, in the shot from inside the car, there are two issues: the car has a different style dashboard with no air vents, and the rearview mirror is missing; then it reappears.
Visible crew/equipment: Livia and Junior have a chat about Tony while waiting in line for a movie matinee. It then cuts to the Soprano house, and in the next overhead shot of Tony sprawled on his bed, we can see the T-mark on the floor near the door. In a moment, Lilliana knocks and enters to remind Tony of his appointment.
Continuity mistake: At the hospital, when Agent Harris presents his business card in case Tony changes his mind, Harris holds his card at its bottom so it's up over his hand, but in the next shot facing Tony, Harris holds the card at its top so it's below his hand, and it continues this way in the next shot as Carmela takes it from his hand.
Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
