Continuity mistake: In one of the first shots at the Freedom Day celebration in front of the Lincoln Memorial, we see a banner, with the text "Freedom Day - Express yourself. I hate my job.", suspended between to poles. Some of the banner can also be seen during the first part of Nixon's speech. But when it gets time to lower "Old Freebie" (the flag) the banner has disappeared and the flag is lowered into the position where the banner hung before. In the wide angle you can see he has the siren on top of his head, then in the next shot it's suddenly not there. Then he actually raises it out of his head in the final angle.
Continuity mistake: When Fry (Captain Yesterday) is falling after the gem, the clock is at 10:05. When he lands and we see the clock, it's 10:35.
Continuity mistake: In the establishing shot of the science lab, Hermes' son is seen sitting next to a window made up of lots of panes. When he exclaims "My Manwich!", the window in the background is missing. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: When Fry, Leela, and Bender make it back to the ship, Fry's hair is messed up. When the bee is unfolding itself, Fry shouts "Look out!" and his hair isn't messed up. Then when he says the bee will have to go through him, his hair is messed up again.
Answer: You are thinking about episode 20 of series 2 - "Anthology of Interest I". She technically never kills anyone, but in the episode she ask a "What if machine" (one of the Professor's inventions) what would happen if she was more impulsive. The machine then shows the more impulsive Leela killing off the Professor to get the money from his will and thereafter killing Hermes, Bender, Scruffy, Cubert, Nibler, Amy and Zoidberg to cover it up. Finally she does something really impulsive with Fry.
