Why Must I Be a Crustacean in Love - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: When Fry and Zoidberg are fighting, Zoidberg slashes the "Z" insignia (a tip of the hat to Zorro) onto Fry's shirt, then adds a D and R. When Fry releases Zoidberg from the nutcrackers and addresses the king, his shirt is repaired. (00:18:15 - 00:19:15)

Xmas Story - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: When Fry looks up at the clock tower the display reads "04:26" which implies it is 4 in the morning, instead of before sunset. In addition, once he has climbed up to the top of the tower, the clock has no 0 before the time and simply reads "4:26". The zero returns right at the end of the episode, in a wide shot of New New York. (00:12:40)

A Flight to Remember - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: During the Titanic's naming ceremony, Zapp stands next to the ship, with the word "Titanic" in shot, just above the grey part of the hull, very low down on the ship. However, during the rest of the episode, the word "Titanic" is located further up, just below the white trim.

Answer: You are thinking about episode 20 of series 2 - "Anthology of Interest I". She technically never kills anyone, but in the episode she ask a "What if machine" (one of the Professor's inventions) what would happen if she was more impulsive. The machine then shows the more impulsive Leela killing off the Professor to get the money from his will and thereafter killing Hermes, Bender, Scruffy, Cubert, Nibler, Amy and Zoidberg to cover it up. Finally she does something really impulsive with Fry.
